Churchill This is definitely a value cigar. Good price mellow smoke with a creaminess to the tobacco. But can be harsh at times and had to light it halfway as it just does out. Again good bargain stick.. 4 5 1
Churchill I smoke all the special Jamican cigars and have not had s bad one yet. This cigar is even more than what you expect for the price you pay. 4 5 1
Churchill this. cigar isnt my favorite and I wasnt really impressed with it. the flavors weren't good 2 5 1
Churchill These are sleepers..one of my favorite JR cigars..mild yet very flavorful..great draw..good to the last drop.. 5 5 1
Churchill I had one of these and it was sweet and mild. I just ordered some more as it was a very pleasant smoke. 4 5 1
Churchill As a everyday smoker of 3-4 cigars daily I was looking for a less expensive cigar that I usually smoke R&J. This is by far not the one! Does not burn evenly and constantly goes out If you purchase this cigar make sure you have a over abundance of wooden matches. Had a few then sent the rest back. NOT WORTH IT. 1 5 1
Churchill The Jamaican church hill is an excellent cigar good blend of flavorsexcellent drawburns and structure highly recommend this rate this a 10 out of 10 5 5 1
Churchill Nice cigar I enjoyed this has a nice flavor and burn will buy again thanks 4 5 1
Churchill The special Jamaican is a great mile cigar with lots of flavor. It's easy on the pocket and is a real mild smoke. 5 5 1
Churchill This is one of my favorites. The price tag doesn't do it justice which is why this is one of my favorites. Great value for something so smooth and creamy! 4 5 1
Churchill Almost as good as the real thing...dang hurricane! This big boy will last you about 6 holes on the golf course. Burns pretty fast for its size. Taste good for about 4 1/2...then it's just a smoke. 3 5 1
Churchill The special Jamaican Churchill's are not your everyday cigar. Stronger than a Mac and do too but not quite in Majuro this cigar is not for the weak pallet. Consistently bold yet smooth. Add this to your humidor. You will not be disappointed 5 5 1
Churchill An average cigar for me just a smooth nutty flavor a good bit of smoke output and who can complain about a Churchill size. All in all these are a daily smoke and a bang for you buck and definitely so in the Churchill size 4 5 1
Churchill It was not as special as the name suggested. For the reasonable price it was just mediocre at the very best. Had a mild to medium taste and flavor and aroma and the best thing about this cigar was the thick cloud of white smoke. 2 5 1
Churchill i have smoked special Jamaicans off and on for many years. It is a good economy brand with good flavor. A overall construction is good but can burn vey uneven form cigar to cigar. 3 5 1
Churchill These handmade bundled cigars rival the flavor and quality of any mild premium made anywhere! What you get here is smooth sweet flavor for significantly less money. 5 5 1
Churchill Cigar was a pleasant suprise. Notes of leather and earth. Would recommend this to a friend' good value 4 5 1
Churchill Nice even draw. Holds up well to my bite. I use a punch cutter on these and they hold up well to my nervous bite. Burn very nice and a nice afordable go to smoke in my humidor. 4 5 1
Churchill This is a very mild bodied cigar that delivers a great deal of flavor and smoke. The best thing about it is obviously the price. You can pick these up in the 2 dollar range and for the money they are hard to beat. I would suggest this cigar to a novice or a long time aficionado like myself. 4 5 1
Churchill I keep these in my humidor at all times. Lovely light Connecticut style similar to Macanudo but a fraction of the price. If you're not hung up buying knock offs then I highly recommend these. 5 5 1
Churchill What a great cigar! It's economical.and flavorful. This mellow smooth value cigar is perfect for filling your humidor. Golf or fish or mowing the yard this is your go to! 3 5 1
Churchill Love this one. Great flavor construction and consistent even draw. A real nice burn on this one. The flavor is right up my alley and thoroughly an enjoyable experience this is another great choice to go with your favorite bourbon or lager. I recommend this without any reservations. A great smoke for the money! 5 5 1
Churchill The Special Jamaicans churchill gas a good draw but the cigar lacks solid construction. The wrapper kept unraveling and the the special Jamaicans churchill had serious burn issues. It ran extremely hot and burned quickly and unevenly. 3 5 1
Churchill I haven't have this one.. Hear it was okay cigar. I'm not to big on trying all these different cigar. Because I hate to get a bad smoke it make day day good bad. 5 5 1
Churchill If you are looking for a bargain stick that you can smoke on a spring or fall morning on the porch while drinking a cup of Blue Mountain then you can stop looking. These give Macanudos a run for the money and you'll have a lot more money left in your pocket. 4 5 1
Churchill These cigars aren't horrible. They may not be the most top shelf but they are nothing to turn your nose up at for such a low price. 4 5 1
Churchill These are nice and mild... and certainly enjoyable. You really can't beat the price. Would recommend for anyone who likes it mild. 4 5 1
Churchill I particularly liked the slow even burn and white ash. Flavor lasted all the way down to about an inch. 5 5 1
Churchill the cigar isn't really Jamaican as Connecticut broad-leaf wrapper Mexican binder and Dominican filler and its made in the Dominican Republic 3 5 1
Churchill Nothing about this cigar was enjoyable. The hot and bitter burn made me chuck it after 15 mins. Kept hoping it would get better 1 5 1
Churchill This cigar has A mild to medium smoke to it. The cigar is a bit crisp more than most. No bitterness and was an even burn all the way down 3 5 1
Churchill I have had several of these and to me they are just a meh cigar. The construction on all of them were ok but flavors were muted. The draw was great and the tobaccoo was pretty good quality I would suggest these if you need a yardgar or just want something to smoke but if you are truely looking for an good experience look elsewhere. 2 5 1
Churchill I wasn't to impressed with these. They are very inconsistent and the flavors weren't so good. Sorry jr I got a ton of love for you but these are no bueno 2 5 1
Churchill Jamaica gave us two great things cigars and Bob Marley. I smoke one of these daily 5 5 1
Churchill The Special Jamaicans Churchill is a really decent mild cigar with plenty of flavor 4 5 1
Churchill It’s not the best thing ever but I didn’t throw it away. I didn’t like the bitterness of it. May have been a fluke but won’t try again. 2 5 1
Churchill Essential good cigar 4 5 1
Churchill Natural Connecticut Leaf Great; Maduro version not so. 5 5 1
Churchill 2+hrs of smoking for a $2 stick no way to go wrong. Paired with Vodka-red adds flavor to the smoke otherwise bland flavor 4 5 1
Churchill Ok cigar. Nothing remarkable. Bitter at first and into a high end philly blunt kind of flavor. I also remember this one being kind of inconsistent. If you’re mowing the lawn... 2 5 1
Churchill Long lasting flavor from a 2 hr smoke. You don't get tired of a sweet cigar and this one is perfectly balanced 4 5 1
Churchill These guys have been around forever. That's because they are a consistently good smoke at a very fair price. Highly recommended! 4 5 1
Churchill This cigar was sweet and had a nice draw. Really good cigar for the price. Not a big fan of churchills but this one was actually okay. 4 5 1
Churchill I think It's a nice cigar. Not for begginers but It's a little bit strong. Taste and construction is OK. I recommend 4 5 1
Churchill Special Jamaicans This cigar is a good mild to medium cigar with great construction and theflavors are incredibly well done 1 5 1
Churchill It wasn't one of my favorites. The draw was good and it seemed to burn a bit uneven. Not sure if it was old or not but it unwrapped on me. 3 5 1
Churchill Meh. I wanted to like this smoke but it just didnt do it for me. Got kinda rancid kinda fast. I would like to try another. 2 5 1
Churchill This was not an exceptionally complex cigar – it was right on that border or nothing overwhelmingly negative and nothing overwhelmingly positive. The cigar is just under $4 bucks a pop and for that price – the flavors and the delivery were excellent. 2 5 1
Churchill Great smoke and the taste of the cigar is awesome and the burn time is awesome I recommend this cigar to everyone even people who are beginning to smoke cigars. 2 5 1
Churchill The special Jamaicans are not the worst I've ever smoked. I would smoke again but I probably wouldn't buy them 4 5 1
Churchill This was a real good slow smoke great for walks or when tinkering around. Stay lit well. Draw was good. Overall one of the better church ills for the price. 4 5 1
Churchill Nice middle of the road smoke. I like the complexity and the price of this stick and generally have one or two for my humidor. 3 5 1
Churchill Not a highly recommended cigar here folks. Taste is ok but burns and draw are hard at times. You might look elsewhere. 3 5 1
Churchill Pretty good cigar I enjoyed this cigar a lot more then I thought I would...it had a good flavor when I smoked it that wasnt to strong and burnt very consistently...towards the end of the cigar the paper started coming off a little bit 3 5 1
Churchill This cigar was very easy to smoke and consistent for me. Nice draw smooth taste and had a nice ash. 3 5 1
Churchill I have to be honest it's been a few years since I smoked special Jamicans. From what I remember it just wasent that good maybe I expected to much the draw varied from cigar to cigar. Never the same. That also applies to the rolling of the cigar. May they different now but I am reculentent to try them again. Just my opinion 2 5 1
Churchill Honestly I don't like this cigar at all. Don't like the taste of it. My expectations weren't high anyways. 2 5 1
Churchill Not a good cigar in my opinion. Wrapper cracks tastes like ammonia the draw is like a twig shoved in there!!! 1 5 1
Churchill Nothing very much special to brag about around this stick. Ehhhhhhh. Would be my review of this cigar. Sorry Charlie 3 5 1
Churchill Jamaica Mon! So you thought trees were the only thing that Jamaican are good at. Think again. Their cigars are as good. Wow I may start grabbing other Jamaican cigars 5 5 1
Churchill I pitched this cigar after an inch. The flavors were really cardboardy and I didn't get a lot of interesting flavors at all. Maybe I had a dud because my buddy loves these sticks. 2 5 1
Churchill It's a nice mild smoke with good flavor abd5 no garde bitterness. It's burn us spotty but it could have just been the one. Will see in next one 2 5 1
Churchill Mild and tasty this old standby is a throwback to simpler days. Savory with consistent burn Well worth keeping a few on hand 4 5 1
Churchill I wasn't expecting much with this one and that's a good thing. I didn't enjoy this one at all. Might have been a dud as it tarred up pretty quick and never really recovered. 2 5 1
Churchill Near cigar decent smoke. Good blend of tobaccos and smokes very well not thes greatest but a good smoke to try. 3 5 1
Churchill I would consider this a middle of the road cigar. If you are smoking it you don't get angry if you have to throw it out. It won't break the bank on the flip side it is also not a 1.00 cogar 3 5 1
Churchill Jamaican tobacco isnt for me apparently. Maybe with more age on the leaves before they were rolled wouldve done it better 2 5 1
Churchill Style: I'm not in to all this fancy stuff. I would rather cut the cigar and smoke it. Blend: I'm now 81. I use to raise Cigarette tobacco. I never smoked cigarettes. Only cigars...Too many people dying from inhaling cigarettes. BLEND: CAN SMOKE all blends from mi!d to bold. These cigars are mild. No harshness whatsoever... 5 5 1

Special Jamaicans

Churchill 7 × 50 SPJAC3

A tried and true brand, the Special Jamaicans Churchill is a classic cigar that’s often overlooked nowadays. With a history as rich as its flavor, these ageless gems are no longer made in Jamaica after a hurricane ravaged the island. But that didn’t stop them. In fact, JR Cigar has been selling these mellow-bodied gems since the Hoover Administration. A delightfully light smoke, the Churchill has a velvety sweet flavor worth introducing (or re-introducing) into your humidor. An excellent example of what a mellow cigar should be, these gorgeous smokes are available in a 20-count.
