Belicoso This is a full flavor smooth cigar. This is a set down and enjoy cigar not a quick smoker. 5 5 1
Belicoso Purchased the 5 pack. The flavor is fantastic and medium to strong for me. Everyone's palate is different. I don't particularly care for strong cigars but this one is just a pleasure. The draw was great construction was excellent. The smoke made was on the higher side I LOVE that! This is a great bang for the buck! 5 5 1
Belicoso One of the worst sticks I've ever had. First one was so blah it is what smoking a brown paper bag must taste like. So I put a couple in the humi for a few monhts. Lit one the other night and it was harsh and bitter. Apparently there's a reason these are so cheap. I infuse cigars and will use the rest for that purpose but won't be buying any more ever. UGH. 2 5 1
Belicoso Maybe I'm screwy for St Luis but other than being just a tad tight on the draw it was an esceptuonal smoke with lost of flavor. Went well with a Sam Adams honey porter on a cool fall evening. Great aroma and this is borne out by my wife following her nose to me going back in the house after raidingvmybhumidor comes out sits down and we both enjoyed the evening with a good stick and some good bonding 4 5 1
Belicoso This cigar starts off hard to draw. It evens out by the middle and ends fairly ok. It has a buttery taste that lingers too long. 3 5 1
Belicoso VG CIGAR I CAN'T SMOKE THEM SO I JUST KEEP THEM IN MY MOUTH FOR THE FLAVORS 5 5 1
Belicoso Well I ordered a 5 pack as a treat cigar. I normally smoke a variety of JR alts. First one I had was ok but nothing special. Second one I had to relight several times.... Now on my third one. Still have lighting problems and about half way through I got to an acrid taste that I am hoping will mellow out. On the whole there is nothing special about the ones I have smoked; so far JR alts actually are better. Another case of a more expensive cigar getting beaten by a less expensive one. 2 5 1
Belicoso Saint Luis Tey has some good sticks. This one is right there very well balanced flavor and constructed well. The draw was a little tight but doable 4 5 1
Belicoso It's a good smoke. Medium body cigar and a decent pull. Very nice for a relaxing night by the fire. 3 5 1
Belicoso A very good stout smoke that is incredibly tasty and smooth! I really enjoyed this stick with a cup of black coffee 4 5 1
Belicoso This is a flavor bomb I gotta say I really enjoyed the slr plenty of flavor to spare the construction of this cigar is flawless I had no issues at all 4 5 1
Belicoso I have smoked Cuban Monty #2 and compare this stick to them. The draw flavor of the blend are all very nice with s glass of whiskey. 5 5 1
Belicoso Don't know what Mr. Winter is talking about; he sounds to me like a flub who dithers from his cigar. I've tried this and a couple of other SLR sizes and these are pretty good cigars with a nice punch to the taste. They always smoke well and I've never had a bad experience. I smoke JR Alts also but when I want a premium cigar I pull one of these and they are unquestionably better than an Alt. I've never had one go out on me while smoking it. Perhaps if I wandered off to nuke a Hot Pocket it might time out but not normally. 5 5 1
Belicoso For my taste the saint Luis Rey are decent but not the best constructed cigars. Decent flavor nothing bad. 3 5 1
Belicoso Another hit from Saint Luis Rey! I like these as a gone fishing cigar. Near perfect draw and construction make for one heck of a smoke! 5 5 1
Belicoso This saint Luis Rey is a n ice premium cigar that has a good depth of flavor Nd some spice with a good amount of strength 3 5 1
Belicoso Good cigar to enjoy on a cold evening with a glass of whiskey and a pot belly wood stove . Too much whiskey and a mad wife ! Lol 5 5 1
Belicoso I am a big fan of cigars that smoke well. This one puts out copious amounts of smoke for a full mouth feel. Tastes better the more it burns. Nice addition to my box. 4 5 1
Belicoso Construction was good. Draw is good. Little taste of pepper and nothing else. Had problems with tunneling. 3 5 1
Belicoso I rec'd my 5-pack and it went directly to the humidor for about 10 days before I pulled one out to give it a Look See... The construction was great, very sturdy and tight wrap, no soft spots. The dry draw and smell test was pleasant, but nothing special to note. A single blue flame toasting of the foot and the first draw was not too deep and offered plenty of smooth smoke. Nothing harsh, no pepper notes just some nice smooth smoke. The first third was good for a mellow burner and the second third didn't offer much change at all. The final third was a little different. The wrapper was softer and the smoke was getting deeper and richer. I burned this to a 1" nub and wanted to light up another because this last third made the previous slowwwww 60 min worthwhile. I'll pull out another in a few weeks and see if there is any change to the first and second third of this nice smoke. Its a great smoke for someone trying to find their palate ... and possibly a good coffee smoker ... I imagine with some kind of drink this smoke can gain more personality... 4 5 1
Belicoso No surprise with this burner. SLR never fails to bring a good burner and a great tasting smoke to your humidor ... I have 3 more from the 5pk I rec'd and will leave them in my humidor for many many more weeks before I pull them out to enjoy 5 5 1
Belicoso Rich, smooth, lovely 5 5 1
