Toro This is a nutty and full flavored smoke you will love. Have a great draw and a spicy finish. 4 5 1
Toro A wonderful smoke! I am a big fan of the 1875 cigars. This maduro is a great evening cigar with plenty if flavor and great burn. 5 5 1
Toro It’s a really good cigar! The taste is good and construction is Ok. In my opinion 8/10 4 5 1
Toro I loved them. The flavor was fantastic and had a very evan draw. One of my favorites 5 5 1
Toro The 1876 has a smooth consistency. I did enjoy the cigar but I know Romeo n Juliet brand probably has better cigars.Overall it was ok . 3 5 1
Toro Read many glowing reviews and a few disappointments. I must agree with the few. The cost of these cigars jumps when you find yourself having to toss a few due to poor construction. I'm done with R&J. 2 5 1
Toro Just like the robusto. Bland cigar. Great burn and construction though. It is a good cigar for a beginner I guess. 4 5 1
Toro my favorite maduro. smokes easily. not too big but an ejoyable smoke. construction feels great in the hand. burns easily to the nub. 4 5 1
Toro Tried smoking one upon receipt but it was very dry and a bit harsh. Disappointed about the condition in which they were shipped to me. Have the rest of them in the humidor resting for a while before I light up a second one. 3 5 1
Toro These are some of my favorite smokes these days..I just ordered another 5 pack because it was a great deal. Smooth draw and great wrapper. Mellow for even a beginner. Try it for sure! 5 5 1
Toro The dark chocolate flavor is uncanny! A real nice mellow and relaxing smoke perfect for unwinding after a busy day. A few of them are rolled a bit tight but open up after smoking them down a bit. Smoke them slowly for best burn and taste. 4 5 1
Toro great burn NICE!!!! 4 5 1
Toro Very nice cigar really like the deep rich earthy flavors. Burns perfectly and hangs a nice ash. Well made and very consistent. 5 5 1
Toro This is a medium bodied cigar with flavor notes of cedar earth nuts hint of coffee hint of caramel. Flavors blend excellent half way into cigar. I've had all the Maduro Reserve line and even though this is not one of my favorites I did enjoy this very much. Burn is nice and even and draw is smooth. I would highly recommend that you have in rotation or give this line a try....You won't be disappointed. 4 5 1
Toro Definitely a great cigar for the money. Great taste and a great burn. Taste just improves the whole time. 4 5 1
Toro This is my favorite cigar now for the price. Consistent burn flavor strong but not harsh. A good one-hour smoke. 5 5 1
Toro This is my all time favorite cigar. The quality is impeccable the construction always solid and the taste is awesome. 5 5 1
Toro Love them. Have for years. 5 5 1
Toro I like this cigar! It's got a good strong flavor and burns even. Nice break cigar if you like something a little deeper in flavor 4 5 1
Toro This has been my number 1 cigar for years. Perfect draw and flavor always great never a bad one. 5 5 1
Toro Great price great choice. This cigar is constructed well and will deliver every time. If you enjoy maduros you have to try this one 4 5 1
Toro This is my first maduro I thought the darker the wrapper the fuller flavor cigar boy was I wrong this is so subtle smooth and a little bit sweet great morning smoke 4 5 1
Toro First time trying this cigar. Was impressed with the flavor and the perfect roll. Great Maduro. May become my regular choice. 5 5 1
Toro Very smooth full-flavored but no bite. 5 5 1
Toro Smooth flavor and smell . Having them out at my bachelor party it should go over well 5 5 1
Toro Last order included 30 cigars. However I was sent 20. Once I got through to customer service they were awesome, immediately saw their mistake and sent the remainder out. Good stuff! 5 5 1
Toro Low acidity, strong flavor of leather with a hint of cedar and coffee. Perfect contrast with an Old Fashioned or a quality bourbon on th he rocks or neat. At $6 each, I'd put it against Drew Estate or Cohiba with a nicer price. 4 5 1
Toro Very nice smoke! I love the dark oily wrapper. Excellent earthy flavor a must have 4 5 1
Toro The dark chocolate flavor is uncanny! A real nice mellow and relaxing smoke perfect for unwinding after a busy day. A few of them are rolled a bit tight but open up after smoking them down a bit. Smoke them slowly for best burn and taste. 4 5 1
Toro This R&J is extremely well built... Tight double leaf wrapper that allows a great draw yet provides a tight bite while smoking without damage... R&J always predictable quality 4 5 1
Toro I'm a huge maduro fan and this is one of my favorites. Always consistent and never lets me down....Romeo y Julieta seems to always get it right 4 5 1
Toro great burn NICE!!!! 4 5 1
Toro This is a very smooth cigar. You almost don't think it's lit at first. Great smoke with a very deep and delicious flavor but not overwhelming. My favorite cigar to date. 5 5 1
Toro This is an amazing smoke with great flavors like pepper and sweet earthy tons that varry throughout the cigar 4 5 1
Toro nice cigar 4 5 1
Toro Smoked 2 out of five promo package. Good drow decent burn but not a good Maduro. Will revisit the rest after a month or so. 3 5 1
Toro I love the repair richness of this cigar. Lots of smoke with an even burn. 4 5 1
Toro This is a nice maduro stick real bold and strong love it and smoke them all the time and never get tired of yhem 4 5 1
Toro R&J are among my favorites but these bad boys were packed way too tight...finally towards the final third the draw eased up and could actually enjoy these cigars 3 5 1
Toro R and J puts out a fine product. Great smoke for a round of golf. Very enjoyable. Great price at JR's. Beats NY prices by almost half. 5 5 1
Toro Definitely one of the best cigars I've ever smoke; consistent flavorful burns evenly.. 5 5 1
Toro Excellent cigar in every way. Makes for a perfect afternoon on the deck at home or the beach. 5 5 1
Toro This is a great cigar; good draw good construction and a great flavor. 5 5 1
Toro This a great consistent smoke. You can't go wrong it is a must have in my humidor. Even better when it is aged. 4 5 1
Toro I love this cigar. By far one of favs Always have to have a few in stock in the humidor at all times 4 5 1
Toro I absolutely love the wrapper used for all the reserve maduro cigars. Sometimes they are rolled a little loose causing some draw issues but they taste so good you won't mind. 4 5 1
Toro I rate this 1875 Reserve Maduro Toro a very close 2nd to the Punch Gran Puro Sierra and sometimes I enjoy one even more. 5 5 1
Toro Smooth cigar that's a bit sweet great draw with long ash. Good for relaxing by a fire! The price on JR is a bit cheaper than anywhere else I found. 4 5 1
Toro Very flavorful upon toasting and mellow throughout. Very even burn and consistent draw. I enjoy this smoke! 5 5 1
Toro Love the taste but construction is inconsistent. on the Toro size. The wrapper on one stick was loose and made for horrible draw over-heating short circuit burn. A few others had the short circuit burning issue. I will try another size since I like the taste but construction could be the downfall. 3 5 1
Toro Also received five in a JR. promotion. This is a very good smoke. Outstanding construction. Good draw tastes great right down to the nubbins! Will definitely get more in the future. It's all good from stem to stern. 5 5 1
Toro Beautiful looking wrapper, slight pepper during the first third giving way to a creamy smoke with a hint of leather and dark chocolate. Burn was very clean with no noticeable running. Out of the five pack I purchased, the three I have had were extremely similar, leading to an overall good consistency given the sample size. 5 5 1
Toro Enjoying these cigars! 5 5 1
Toro I like R&J cigars a lot. Always tasty and well made and is true for this cigar as well. For me though the maduro wrapper had a off taste to it, but to be fair I am not the greatest fan of muduro but I thought the brand would carry the day. i smoked ten trying to like each one and failing in my attempt. 3 5 1
Toro Nice, decent cigar for the price 4 5 1
Toro nice generic JR 4 5 1
Toro I don't smoke a lot and I try all different brands and these so far are the best I've had yet . 5 5 1
Toro Highly recommend, unless you only smoke very expensive cigars you'll really enjoy these. Good value. 5 5 1
Toro For the price at auction, thoroughly enjoyed the first one. Very flavorful with hints of chocolate and coffee. Paid about $6 a stick. 5 5 1
Toro When perfectly rolled these are very nice, with slightly sweet taste and medium body. Like all Altadis cigars they suffer from inconsistent construction, and are sometimes very tight or very loose. I find the toro is the best-tasting size. On auction these are most reasonable in price. As another reviewer wrote, they are best when smoked slowly. 4 5 1
Toro Great flavor, tons of smoke and burns perfectly 5 5 1
Toro I smoked one cigar from the 5 pack I bought. Ivnever had a cigar burn like that before. It buned on one side. I'm hopeing the other 4 burn better 3 5 1
Toro big Romeo fan but not my favorite - well made - full bodies - kinda harsh at times - would be a good smoke for being outside like on a golf course. had a mild scotch and the smoke over powered it guess you need a more knarley peaty scotch 3 5 1
Toro all good 5 5 1
Toro This dark beauty smells like a chcolate Sunday off the bat. Then it delivers as promised, rich, creamy and full of flavor. Recommend the Toro size to get bang for buck. 4 5 1
Toro WAY TO LOOSE, HOT RUN BURNT WHOLE CENTER TIP TO TOE ... UN SMOKEABLE 2 5 1
Toro The cigar is advertised as medium flavored, but it is, actually, robust, dark and somewhat bitter. It can burn unevenly. 3 5 1
Toro MY FAVORITE 5 5 1
Toro I received this cigar as a gift. Since then, it's all I've been smoking. Love the flavor and consistency. I've purchased boxes and 5 packs, all have the same quality smoke. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! 5 5 1
Toro Great stick! 5 5 1
Toro Nice draw, with good ash. Can be re-lit next day and still smoke's well 5 5 1
Toro I’m always looking for deals on R&J’s. Found only at JR, I’m very satisfied with the deal I got thru JR auction’s! I’m filling my humidor! 5 5 1
Toro Love them, and when JR puts them on Steals n Deals, I jump! 5 5 1
Toro For me a good choice. 5 5 1
Toro (Writing this as I smoke it. It’s so good I came here just to review it so others knew it was well worth the price!) I snagged this one from the Humidor after it’d been marinating in there for 2 months or from when I’d ordered the “Dominican Luxury Sampler”. I like punching holes in the backend of my cigars instead of cutting the tips off and as soon as I put my torch to it, I instantly knew it was gonna be not just Good……..but GREAT!!! Draw is phenomal, aroma and taste are on point and it’s been burning even for the past 43minutes now. And 27 for $200, about $7each is sooooooo insanely worth it and much much better than most high end cigars for $30+!!! You will not be disappointed with snagging the 5 pack or the 27 in a case. 5 5 1
Toro This is easily one of my all time favorite cigars. Construction, taste, smell, draw. These hit every single marker and they’re so good, I won’t even share them lol. When they go on sale, buy up as many as you can because these are WORTH IT!! 5 5 1
