Stubby I’m an avid Nub Connecticut 460 fan. When I saw the price of these newly released cigars, I bought a box to try. The box was less than half of what I pay for my favorites. After my 3rd stick, I can share that though they are tightly wrapped, the burn was uneven on each. They all “canoe”. The binder and filler are just not good. The flavor is bad, almost a “mellow” burnt taste. I believe it’s because of the poor binding and filler. These will be my lawn mowing and yard work cigars until gone. Not something to enjoy over a bourbon or a good beer. Just my opinion. I’m not comparing them to a Nub, but I did expect them to burn and taste better than they do. 3 5 1
Stubby First box was great. Smoked well, even burn, right moisture. Second box was not good at all. Tightly rolled uneven "canoe" burn. And they were unbelievably dry. Cracking when cutting & fell apart during the burn. Never again. Staying with Nub Connecticut from now on 3 5 1
