Robusto If I had to choose one smoke for the rest of my life this would be it. It is an exceptional medium bodied stick with an perfect draw and a large volume of creamy smoke. The flavor is earthy with a hints of pepper and cedar all the way down to the last half inch. The construction is flawless I've never had a bad one in the 40 or so I've smoked. Robusto I tried one a week after arrival. A bit grassy at light but evolved into a very nice medium bodied smoke. Nice, subtle nicotine kick at the end. I think these will be much nicer in a month or two. A no-brainer for punch fans looking for a milder smoking experience. 4 5 1
Robusto I ordered this cigar for my 53rd birthday (arrived on time). The brand is correct, but the cigar isn't. I contacted customer service via email and received a typical (AI) robotic response. What was really upsetting about the response is that JR Cigars wanted me to return the "single wrong" cigar and place a new order for the correct one. So, you are selling cigars that may have been delivered and returned. How is this sanitary? You have no idea what may have been done with product that is returned and resold/delivered to your customers. On the other hand, if you destroy all returned cigars then why not be an upstanding company and just say - "Sorry for the inconvenience, please keep and enjoy the cigar and we'll get the correct one on it's way to you today". 1 5 1
