Drew Estate Infused 8ct Sampler I bought two boxes of Drew estate cigars during a promotion that was supposed to have the eight count samplers included with each box. No promos were sent with either box. I called JR after receiving the order and they assured me that they would ship out the promos. I called them back asking them where they were after another week of no confirmation and they told me they were out. Meanwhile, the same day I called they had another promotion going with the same samples included. Now here it is 2 1/2 weeks later I still do not have the cigars. very bad business as far as I am concerned. I really like Drew estate cigars, but how can I rate anything about the cigars if they will not send them to me. That is why everything is marked at one star. 1 1 1
Drew Estate Infused 8ct Sampler I ordered the sweet Jane's and the promo sampler, my receipt showed both. When I received the shipmen there was no promo sampler. I sent an email to JR. They said it was a promo and when they are out there out. Then why was it on the website and my receipt if they are out? a day later they still showed the promo sampler on the website. 1 1 1
Drew Estate Infused 8ct Sampler I was told this was shipping me as a free sampler. Never received it. Emailed to JR and was told that it was promotional and they ran out. Too bad. I’m done with JR. 1 1 1
