Drew Estate Beer Stein 25th Anniversary I ordered a box of cigars (acid toast) and received the cigars, but not the beer stein. I called customer service 3x. The first person said he would take care of it, then did nothing. The second person said she would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. She never called back. The person, after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes, said they didn’t have any, and I was out of luck. She said she would refund my shipping charge of about $9.00. Pretty sad when you are charging $60.00 for the mug. The cigars are fine, but I want my mug. You must have them since you are selling them. What’s the problem? 1 5 1
