5 Cigars & Lighter I ordered this item specifically for the Spark plug lighter and they sent me a cheap $4 lighter instead. What a ripoff and they're saying they can't send me a replacement. I even attached a picture of the order that I have received and nothing. If you order this item you will not receive the spark plug lighter as advertised so buyer beware!! 1 1 1
5 Cigars & Lighter I was excited to get this CAO 5Pk with the CAO Spark (plug) Lighter as advertised in the photo. What I received instead was a cheap plastic lighter with the CAO logo with no explanation as to why I received a different item and what was advertised for sale. My only conclusion is that JR is conducting a Switch and Bait tactic by advertising a better product and sending customers with a lower quality product. Customer service says I have to go through the return and refund process which is time consuming and a hassle. As a loyal customer for more than 30 years, this is a TERRIBLE business practice, and it needs to stop. 1 1 1
5 Cigars & Lighter I purchased 5 of these sets because I wanted the Spark Plug lighter pictured in the listing. Like the other posters, they shipped me a cheap lighter with CAO logo. I contacted customer service and they said it was a substitute. Customer service refused to take a return even though I contacted them the same day of receipt of the goods. Absolute bait and switch tactic. I have been a JR customer for over 25 years and this is how they treat customers. Beware! 1 1 1
