Being this was the first time trying/ordering Padron, I went for sampler to see what I preferred unfortunately two of the five had tore wrappers from cap into the body and a pinhole, with all the hype around the quality control of these cigars I was very disappointed when I received them. Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Natural Sampler Padron 1964's are excellent and would smoke one every day if I had time. My issue was with JR customer service. I placed the order 2 weeks before Father's day showing the cigars were in stock. Checked on the order from time to time. They never shipped and JR said they would let me know what was going on. After 4 phone calls and one month later, they refunded my money without any phone call to check with me to verify if that was OK. I was like...I want my cigars ...not my money back. 3 5 1

Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Natural Sampler I ordered this as a gift. When the package was received the plastic wrapping was resealed and very loose. Additionally the seal on the cedar box was cut. To add further insult several of the cigars were cracked and chipped. It was clear that this sampler was taken from other damaged cigars and never properly sealed. Last time I ever order from JR.s. Have been a loyal Custer for many years. 1 5 1
