These cigars were so dry and every single one was cracked to the point of no return. I was astonished when I received them because I had never received something in this bad of shape from JR’s. Especially on cigars that I paid decent money for and an amazing brand. Very let down. And the hoops they want me to jump through to make it right are unreal as well. Received a computer generated response.
