Toro Extra I really enjoy this dark. It’s dark and chocolatey. It’s the perfect after dessert smoke to end the night. I also enjoy all Drew Estate cigars. They are all well made and use the best leaf and tobacco. 5 5 1
Toro Extra Great price, easily should be a $13 stick. Consistent, great draw, sweet and nutty. 5 5 1
Toro Extra Coming from DE I had high hopes and were on sale. Flavor profile is reasonable, closer to pipe tobacco and the burnt Maduro associated to the Liga. No complexity, draw, looks, and price are spot on. Still a little too burnt and pipe tasting for me but the real issue is construction and humidity. Two fell apart when a smoked them the first week after getting them and a third I literally pitched because the wrapper came off completely when cutting. Gave the others a month and tried a few, pretty much the same thing. Don't think about a punch and hope that a standard or V cut holds. Lots of great cigars in this price range here so go for something else at JRs. 2 5 1
Toro Extra The draw was fine but the cigar came dry. So dry that cutting them was a risk. Out of 10 that I had 2 were pitched because they split and no, it's not a storage issue. Additionally, they did not improve over time. Flavor was decent. Bold and more of a pipe tobacco taste and lots of black smoke. Burn was uneven due to the dryness. Construction was good. I would avoid if possible; paid around $5 a stick and in that range there are way better (and consistent). Everything else shipped in that order was fine. 2 5 1
Toro Extra Really not that bad..better than smoking a bundle cigar mostly...dry, some bitterness, great coffee flavor, decent construction. 3 5 1
Toro Extra One of my go to cigars, always has a good burn, and draw, great taste, and construction is spot on! 5 5 1
Toro Extra These cigars are quite tasty however it's hard to enjoy them. Whether the cap is remarkably small/thin or the the body is cracked, I simply couldn't enjoy these without some problem. My box of twenty (half smoked) simply hasn't held up. This is a shame too because flavorwise, they are great. Butt the enjoyment is far too short for to terrible construction. I genuinely hope others were more fortunate than I. 2 5 1
Toro Extra Very satisfying 4 5 1
Toro Extra Love Drew Estate cigars.... this one is a miss.... draw was terrible.... uneven burn. 3 5 1
Toro Extra Drew Estate constructs a fine cigar. Very tasty and pleasurable. I try to keep these in my humidor, but they seem to disappear quickly. 4 5 1
Toro Extra What a pleasure! But not for the faint of heart! A very strong maduro, with excellent aroma, taste, construction and draw. The consistency of this smoke is outstanding! Notes of smoothness, cream, spice, leather and earth. A very pleasant taste and burn all the way through! As an after dinner cigar, I cannot recommend this cigar enough! 5 5 1
Toro Extra About the only positive I can give this one is a good burn and good draw with a vee cut. The wrapper peeled at the cap and the flavor is not top notch. This came in my monthly sampler and I didn’t have high expectations. I was right. I think the was the first bad cigar I’ve gotten in my monthly six. With my luck I’ll keep getting them in my monthly delivery. It did start to mouse hole on my but I was able to correct that so it didn’t become a major issue 2 5 1
Toro Extra This cigar is very tasty and enjoyable. I try to keep these in my humidor, and agree they seem to disappear quickly. 5 5 1
