Churchill Another great well-built stick from AJ that won't break the bank. Tasty great draw fairly complex. Would def buy again. BUT...to the comment below saying DON'T BOTHER...are you kidding? You are supposed to review THE CIGAR not JRs performance. And so they were dry; do you NOT have a humidor? Put them in a bag with just a little humidity for a couple days then transfer to your normal humi after that. Problem solved!! It really isn't fair to dog a cigar in the ratings based on the performance of the retailer. 4 5 1
Churchill I originally ordered this when on a special in 2016. Got 6 5 packs for $90. A great deal and those cigars are long gone. They had a great burn draw and a flavor which was very woody - mostly cedar and NO PEPPER. An awesome smoke at the time. I recently ordered a box and have not broken that seal. The difficulty for me is that I also recently ordered a couple of 5 packs of the Toro and was seriously disappointed. It is my opinion that Pepper has been added to this blend and it shows no resemblance to the original blend presented back then of the Churchill. If there is a flavor I am to pick up from the Toro it eluded me entirely (no doubt masked by the pepper). The Toro also seems to have a Maduro wrapper as opposed to the original Churchill natural wrapper. After this experience with the Toro I am almost hesitant to light up the Churchills I have in stock. I surely hope those have the original blend which I cam to like so much. 3 5 1
Churchill I will Never Ever, by anything by A J Fernandez again. Won these in an auction, I’ve never had a cigar that that I couldn’t somehow finish, no matter how bad! I’ve tried several of these and can’t get through the first third. I’m too embarrassed to give these away. If you see these come up on an auction, RUN! Anyone want to trade for some King Ed’s 1 5 1
Churchill Lots of flavour in this Churchill. Beautiful presentation and wonderful construction. 5 5 1

Churchill Nicaraguan Series is another hit! I’ve been a long time fan of his cigars and they seem to always deliver. A medium bodied smoke with a spicy kick. Perfect burn with a firm draw. Produces volumes of smoke with each puff. 4 5 1
Churchill Wish I had saved my money on this one...What's up JR? These cigars were dryer than a popcorn fart on the 4th of July...do you keep these things in a dry hot warehouse? Splits when punched...just terrible! 1 5 1
Churchill Pepper Bomb at the beginning but it turns to a really smooth and pleasant smoke throughout. And you get AJ's 1st rate construction a total plus! 5 5 1
Churchill I don't usually buy full body cigars unless I am out golfing to share with friend who like the. However, these are not bad and I will smoke them myself 4 5 1
Churchill Good draw, adequate smoke, mellow flavor builds nicely to a consistent moderately fuller bodied cigar. 4 5 1
Churchill Beautiful looking cigar that just falls off a cliff when you light it up. Cigar tunneled badly and would not stay lit. I seek out AJ Fernandez offerings and was very disappointed in this Churchill. Your choice is 1/ puff and puff and puff or 2/ constantly relight. Not the enjoyable cigar time I had expected. Bought two boxes and won't do it again. 2 5 1
Churchill Always enjoyed AJ Fernandez cigars. Bought two boxes of these Churchills based on that background and preference for Nicaraguan cigars. The cigars have a very good look, but they are unpleasant. Cigars tunneled, flimsy ash, won't stay lit and have to relight cigars multiple times. Will not buy again and will be more cautious in buying what I thought was a solid cigar source. 2 5 1
Churchill A gorgeous looking 7 x 48-ring cigar with a seamless, oily wrapper, this slow burning beauty warms the palate with fragrant notes of pepper, coffee, spice, and a rich earthy sweetness, delivered with a creamy textured medium-bodied profile. 4 5 1
Churchill First time smoking it.. very smooth 5 5 1
Churchill Nice cigar. Wikl buy again ! 4 5 1
Churchill Everything A.J .constructs is above average and these are no exception. It burned nice and slow.Medium flavor profile overall a nice A.J.cigar 4 5 1
Churchill Got these a while back and forgot about them in the bottom of the humie... took one out last week and was blown away by the flavor. Have already ordered more so I don't run out now that I can't forget I have them again. Highly recommend trying them! 5 5 1
Churchill Nice medium flavor throughout. Good draw, good construction, good burn. 3 5 1
Churchill Really good stick. Pleasantly surprised at the flavor. Well constructed. Good draw. A great addition to my humidor. This will be a go-to when I'm on the golf course. 4 5 1
Churchill A good puro Nicaraguan smoke. Good draw and burn. A little sweet at first, but it settles down and is good throughout the rest of the smoke. 5 5 1
Churchill A darned good smoke! Good flavor and always a good draw. Good with scotch or coffee. 5 5 1
Churchill Good cigar 4 5 1
Churchill A very good cigar! It has a somewhat creamy/spicy taste throughout the cigar. It's well constructed and does not canoe. I like a variety of cigars, but I don't tire of this one. 5 5 1
Churchill Very nice smoke. Medium-full pepper grom the get go. But not outrageous. Smooth smoke.good burn with 1 minor touch up right begorr the bands.well made hard to see the seams.good draw slow burner. Tight bands but came off easily, nice... 5 5 1
Churchill Well made good smoke not AJ's best but definitely not bad 4 5 1
Churchill Really well constructed lonsdale, excellent draw and even burn. Bold and thick. Definitely recommend. 4 5 1
Churchill Big flavor. Spicy, but creamy. Smoked well. Good burn and smoke output. Good buzz. 4 5 1
Churchill Consitent draw, construction and flavor in the two boxes I have bought. 4 5 1
Churchill Never arrived 1 5 1
Churchill I bought 3 boxes and had 19 sticks with wrapper cracks pretty sure they do this on purpose with there deals so they can move a few damaged products but more than a third of them was a little wack. But overall good stick and if you don’t get them on sale I bet you won’t have construction issues 2 5 1
Churchill A good cigar with notes of cream and spice. About a thirty minute smoke. Burns well, very good draw. 5 5 1
Churchill Excellent consistency, flavor, and construction. 5 5 1
Churchill If you’re a fan of AJF then you gotta give this one a try. The smaller ring size really brings out the Nicaragua flavors. 5 5 1
Churchill After smoking a box, I give this cigar only three stars, but that’s because I think the MSRP is a little high for what it is. My complaints? It’s not AJ’s best tasting blend. And in the 48 ring gauge Churchill it burns too fast and the draw is a little too loose. It might be better in other versions, but don’t know since haven’t smoked them. I won’t buy the Churchills again. But if you get them at a sale price, I would say they’re fine to buy. 3 5 1
Churchill A good Nicaraguan puro. These were an unexpected delight when I first sampled them. I purchase them regularly now. 5 5 1
Churchill Good draw hints of pepper and spice throughout the smoke it burns evenly and has a pleasant aroma. Just a good everyday stick for introducing new smokers to Nicaraguan tobacco. 4 5 1
Churchill Can’t go wrong with anything AJ Fernandez! Good draw and flavorful. Excellent price when you can get them on sale. 4 5 1
Churchill This is my third review of this cigar. Very well constructed, good burn and good draw. Good flavor, a little spicy at the end. This one made me rethink my opinion of Nicaraguan puro cigars. I purchase them regularly, now. 5 5 1
Churchill that is a lot of cigarstill going ater a hour and a half this cigar tastes great and is vey satisfying , started of burning a litte uneven but one touch up with the lighter and it straightened out. oddly the flame veered towards the side of the cigar burning quicker, maybe an air pocket , i don"t know but it corrected fast and wow what a great cigar, less then an inch and a half left and we were both done 5 5 1
Churchill Bought a few boxes from JR at a fantastic sale price. These are great everyday cigars. Nothing fancy-just good Nicaraguan tobacco. 5 5 1
Churchill An excellent smoke! Good flavor, produces good smoke, good burn. Full bodied, but not overpowering. Somewhat spicy at the end. 5 5 1
Churchill As always, a very good smoke! I never would have thought I would be smoking Nicaraguan puros, but here I am. Once I was introduced, these have become a favorite. Good draw, good burn, good flavor, consistent throughout the entire smoke. 5 5 1
Churchill very impressed....just ordered 8 more 5 packs 5 5 1
Churchill Always an excellent cigar. Consistent in construction and flavor in every box. 5 5 1
Churchill As always, a great cigar! Great draw, great flavor, and great consistency in each cigar. About an hour smoke. 5 5 1
Churchill nothing beats this value if you can get this 5 pack in the $20-25 range 5 5 1
Churchill Got this stick as part of sampler. Perfect draw and construction. Strong cigar. Tight long ash. Would definitely get more 4 5 1
Churchill Definitely on the full bodied side, but very smooth, Good draw and consistent construction. About a one hour smoke. 5 5 1
Churchill I review these a lot because a buy a lot of them. Excellent smoke with almost always a perfect draw. About an hour's worth of great cigar flavor! 5 5 1
Churchill I have two "go to" cigars. This one of them. They're always in my humidor. Good flavor, almost always a good draw, and strong. Don't smoke them on an empty stomach. They're very good after a heavy meal. They pair well with scotch. 5 5 1
Churchill A great Nicaragua puro! Great draw and flavor. Full bodied. 5 5 1
Churchill An excellent all round cigar! Try it and see for yourself. 5 5 1
Churchill I have written bad reviews on not so good cigars, but I can't find anything wrong with this one! Well, there is one ting: sometimes when the band is removed, it sticks to the wrapper, which is irritating. Otherwise, this is a great smoke. Full bodied, flavorful, great consistent construction, and excellent draw. I purchase this one often. 5 5 1
Churchill Decent for a more value priced cigar. 3 5 1
