Magnum Claro This is my go-to stick. I'm a fan of candela and these are the best tasting greenies I know. They are not priced for the quality they are. They're mild/medium but pack some punch because they are made in Esteli Nicaragua with Nicaraguan filler. Candela guys know that the wrappers are a little thinner than brown cigars so it's important to keep them well humidified. I often choose these over cigars ten times the price. If you don't care for candela get the magnums in natural or maduro they are good too. They're about a 40 minute smoke if you are hitting it. Superb sticks for golf. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Good value for a pleasant smoke. Will buy again 4 5 1
Magnum Claro MR.B are good burning cigars 3 5 1
Magnum Claro This is the second time I have purchased Mr. B in the last two or three years. They are mild but do not burn very well. The skin is very brittle and splits before opening. I will not purchase them again. 1 5 1
Magnum Claro I'm glad you asked for a review. This bundle of Mr.B Magnum Claro was awful! Every one I've tried so far has been dry with a peeling wrapper. I can't finish them. I know it's a low end cigar but I've purchased a number of Mr. B cigar styles before and never had this problem nor with any other JR purchases I have made over the years. I won't make this mistake again. 1 5 1
Magnum Claro This is my everyday cigar. I get it in the Claro wrapper because this wrapper is thinner so when they place it in the mold it doesn't wrap quite as tight as with the other thicker wrappers. So I get the kind of draw I want from this smoke. My Father (who is an avid cigar man) was impressed with the aroma from this cigar. (He smoke JR Alternatives). It's pretty much what I want in a cigar with the price. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro Gotta luv them!! 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Had a very smooth and mellow flavor. The only issue I had was some of the wrappers tend to crack or peel rather easily. For the money it is an enjoyable smoke. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro A mild cigar with a smooth and consistent drawl. An excellent value. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro The start is remiscent of Sencha tea. As I work down some earthiness and hints of fresh leather emerge to compliment the ever present sencha notes. In the final third the Nicaraguan spiciness really kicks in. This kind of complexity from an inexpensive bundle is incredible. Thank you for an affordable and delicious candela. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro This cigar is made from cuttings so i don’t recommend actually cutting the cap. Instead punch a hole with a key or pocket knife. A cigar punch makes too big of a hole and will allow pieces through. This is a pretty easy drawing cigar. Surprisingly it holds well to a firm wet bite. The cigar mild with some sweetness from the Clark wrapper. I have purchased this several times. Consistent 3 5 1
Magnum Claro Great smoke for the price 4 5 1
Magnum Claro I have had Mr B in past a d was more satisfied with taste, draw, a d body. I need to find which I had previously and would order them again. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro My go to cigar for years. Always the same - good. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro On paper, these should be at best an acceptable cheapie. But I can't stop smoking them! Light but flavorful, and yes, oh so slightly sweet, I'm annoyed if I don't have one on hand for my first smoke of the day. A real treat, especially at this price. And that beautiful, unusual green wrapper makes it that much more fun. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Just awful...not for me. Sent them back 1 5 1
Magnum Claro good cigar for price, smooth, good draw, good deal 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Flavor is good. Doesn't burn even and loose filler is loose. Overall not bad for the money. This is my second go with it. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro Affordable quick smoke. Fragile wrapper and made with clippings. Don’t cut these I punch a hole in the cap with a key. Good easy draw. I smkoke a variety of cigars These fit the bill when I have less time. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro I enjoy the flavor of the candela leaf. Not perfect but for the money? Sure. Why not? 3 5 1
Magnum Claro My first purchase with JR Cigars. I am very happy I found these. Not sure if this always happens but most of 20 cigars that I purchased have very dry wrappers to the point that I have to be very careful taking them out of the cellophane. Good flavor and draw. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro First time trying these. Was very happy with the draw the flavor was not what I expected. Spice and leather would best describe it 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Very mild and smooth smoke. If you like mellow cigars you should give these a try. They have a unique flavor. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro This is my fifth bundle of these claros and each one has been well worth the money. They are smooth smoking with a good consistent burn. I have been very happy with them. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro This is the second time I have purchased Mr. B in the last two or three years. They are mild but do not burn very well. The skin is very brittle and splits before opening. I will not purchase them again. 1 5 1
Magnum Claro Occasionally blocked up but that's rare enough to make these decent daily smokes. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro Satisfying daily smoker. Is it the best you'll ever smoke? No way. Is it the best you'll ever spend a buck to smoke? Could very possibly be. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro This is another great value cigar which rivLs more expensive smokes. You can't beat it. Smooth and enjoyable 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Each one of these is smoother and better tasting than any dollar bill has a right to taste. Perfect summertime smokes. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Very Good. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Very good smoke. Consistent 5 5 1
Magnum Claro wrapper could be improved, opening wrapper needs a little help! 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Great draw, cod construction, even burn. The Candela wrapper is a thin veneer over the wrap... 4 5 1
Magnum Claro the combo of the candela wrapper with the Nica filler is a marriage made in cigar heaven, at $2.00 a stick ! 5 5 1
Magnum Claro My everyday cigar which draws easily and is not harsh. My usual light up time comes when working outdoors and enjoying a sunset of a beautiful day from the porch. The claro wrapper is mild and one which I have gravitated to for over 40 years. The JR Cigar price per bundle, makes this quality cigar affordable. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro A good mild cigar. The wrapper is very thin so be careful taking it out of the cellophane and handling the cigar. Has pleasant taste nutty and espresso. Smooth and burns well. Mild and cool burn. Good for a beginner. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Candela at a great price. Reminds me og the cigars my Grandfather smoked on hunting trips. Good flavor and construction. Smooth draw, highly recommend. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Mr. B has been my go to cigar for last 10 years or more, one of few brands that still offers a Candela wrapper. I would say the flavor, draw and construction consistency, is probably equal to smokes costing more. I prefer cigars made in Nicaragua, over other locations, and these do not disappoint. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Hard to beat for the price! Outside leaf a little thin so be careful opening. Not every stick in the bundle was perfect but who cares at that price! A must have for the money. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Good drawl and burn. Good smoke for the buck. Falls apart a bit much during smoking. Flavor is good with booze, beer, or coffee. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro For years I've kept plenty of these in my rotation. They were my go-to morning smoke: Mild yet flavorful enough, with a slight, sweet hint of pineapple. Yeah, they're mixed filler, but for under $30 a bundle, well worth it to me. But the last couple of bundles disintegrated either when I cut them, or after I lit them and tapped off my first ash. Ok, construction has historically been hit or miss, but was a risk I was willing to take for that unique flavor at that low price point. But now they're up to $48.50 a bundle??? Get the heck outta here, JR! These are SO not worth that, even to a (former) devotee like myself! Even 25% off doesn't entice me, after my last 40 exploded on contact. :-( 2 5 1
Magnum Claro Well made cigar with a good burn. Aroma reminds me of an old man who smoked Bering candelas when I was a kid. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro They are perfect for an every day smoke and have a nice mellow smell. My wife doesn't mind if i smoke these in the house. The brick i got came a little crispy, but a week or two sealed in ziplock bag with a bovida pack helped bring them back. Nice draw on these, every one was constant (unlike Factory throwouts). Definitely will be buying more. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro They are ok when on sale. I give them to my friends who rarely smoke 3 5 1
Magnum Claro Pretty good for the price 3 5 1
Magnum Claro What a delightful surprise this cigar turned out to be! The Claro has a mellow taste a is a wonderful way to start my day. I returned to cigars after a long break. It has a slow burn with mild flavor that pairs well with my morning coffee. Most importantly my wife doesn’t mind the smell. It’s an affordable treat, but I recommend poking a hole as opposed to cutting the end. The shorter leaves won’t end up on your tongue that way. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro First time I’ve ever had problems with this brand Was very disappointed and surprised Will not order again 2 5 1
Magnum Claro Snip just the cap off perfect. Fire it up, puff great taste. White ash. Enjoy !! I enjoy them!!! The green wrap is cool. People look confused but it adds flavor. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro Garbage. No flavor. Like air. Falls apart. 3 out of first 5 canoed or snuffed themselves out. Don’t waste your time or money. 1 5 1
Magnum Claro Overall good, the candela to me is like a light hay/straw dry mowed field type of flavor, like I'm back on the farm. Good flavor, but one you have to be in the mood for. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro This is my cigar for doing outdoors chores (lawn mowing, gardening, car washing), or just relaxing on front porch to wrap up the day. The strength is mild with a Candela wrapper, not harsh and is one I can leave in my mouth from start to finish. 4 5 1
Magnum Claro When Mr. B goes on sale, I try to re-stock. It's my favorite golf cigar. Dependable, smooth, and not a hint of pepper. Well rolled and stays lit. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro As always, MrB hits the mark. Always consistent, great burn, flavor, nice and creamy. I like variety in cigars, from mild to maduro. When I want a mild i always go to Mr B Magnum Carlo with the best Candela wrapper. The great price is deceiving, considering it is such a great cigar. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro Hard to complain about a .90 cent cigar. Its smokable and no real issues with construction or staying lit. 3 5 1
Magnum Claro This is a great "el cheapo" smoke. Flavor & construction is spot on. The Claro wrapper takes me back to grandad's day. He would have bought these by the keg. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro I was hesitant to try Mr. B because it is a short pill machine made at least I think it’s a machine made cigar. I was very wrong. The Clairo has a lot of grassy and hay to it. Perfect for first of the day. 5 5 1
Magnum Claro good reasonably priced cigar for everyday smoke 5 5 1
