Churchill This is one long-lasting cigar. It took me about 2 hours to go through. I almost finished a book I just started. The cigar was immaculate. The construction was excellent. The ash holds on for a good inch. The flavor doesn't change all that much throughout the smoke. It's mainly a nutty cedar pepper cigar that won't let you down. It's rare that I'll have enough time to sit down and smoke a cigar this long but it was enjoyable. This is a great cigar that is dependable and good for relaxing with a consistent burn. 4 5 1

Churchill Ok like the Montecristo it's a fine medium bodied smoke and construction is pretty consistant. My major complaint is price. If the price was lower I'd frequent it more often but I'll stick with cheaper boutique blends. 3 5 1

Churchill Easy to draw great taste well constructed cigar. MC made this delicious stogie right. I could easily make this one of my goto grabs for my humidor. Churchill I love this cigar. I smoke this as often as I have time. I love to give it away as everyone I give it to loves it. I find it generally mild to my taste. It doesn't knock you over with that nausiating nicotine rush other smokes give. The cigar lights well. The draw is great. The burn is even with a great ash. Obviously the contruction is above average and consistent. The flavors develop over the smoke. They begin with that wonderful Montecristo creaminess which remains thru out the smoke. There are flavors of leather Coffee bean cedar subtle fruit and heavy berry flavors. That wonderful Montecristo spice develops over the course of the smoke. This stick is a delight from start to finish. Give yourself pleanty of time for this smoke figure a good hour and a half. Great with an old Singlemalt Scotch or Armagnac (especially Janneau). Appropriate for beginner cigar afficionados through well seasoned smokers. 4 5 1

Churchill It's a classic with name brand recognition which means name brand price - the Nike of cigars. Unfortunately the last one I had fell apart on me at the end. Nothing special for flavor but it's not a clunker. 3 5 1
Churchill Now this is absolutely my favorite brand. This cigar smell is sweet and heavenly smoke is thick and smooth with hints of honey caramel cream and almonds. The burn was razor sharp with an A1 construction medium strength but full on flavors although I loved it my preference are smaller vitolas. Life is Good !!! 5 5 1

Churchill It may not be a Cuban but it's still en enjoyable endeavor. Prelight draw is a bit grassy woody and tobacco. First third light peppery flavor retrohale is woody with a hint of sweetness. Okay smoke output. Second third heats up a bit still some nice flavors. I only get about a medium from this stick. Final third the peppery flavor kicks up just a little bit and that hint of sweet reveals itself as a honeyish flavor. Nice cigar. If you can get them on special it's worth a pick up. 3 5 1

Churchill This is one long-lasting cigar. It took me about 2 hours to go through. I almost finished a book I just started. The cigar was immaculate. The construction was excellent. The ash holds on for a good inch. The flavor doesn't change all that much throughout the smoke. It's mainly a nutty cedar pepper cigar that won't let you down. It's rare that I'll have enough time to sit down and smoke a cigar this long but it was enjoyable. This is a great cigar that is dependable and good for relaxing with a consistent burn. 4 5 1

Churchill There is a reason Montecristo is famous. Their cigars are dependable and you develop a familiarity with them. The normal Montecristo line up is smooth and creamy. The smoke is nice. Construction is nice. Draw varies depending on the cigar. I have found the larger cigars like the Churchill and Double Corona have easier draws, while the thinner No. 1 and No. 3 have a firmer pull. I’m a great fan of this Churchill and even more so the Double Corona. If you wanted to fill up a humidor with one cigar, this would be a good one. 5 5 1

Churchill As you would expect from a Montecristo, these are mild, delicious, expertly constructed, and as consistent as a handmade product can possibly be. As far as free-world cigars go there is only one vitola that can top the Montecristo Churchill, and that is the Montecristo Double Corona. That’s probably more a matter of personal preference than actual, substantive fact, but I’m sticking to my guns. Regardless, I’ve been smoking these for 25 years and they’ve never failed to please (though they do l, occasionally, fail to stay lit…). 5 5 1
Churchill All five of the five-pack I got were plugged, and had to be cut in half to be smokable. Even then, the flavor was not as good as a well-constructed cigar would have been. I know these can be excellent cigars, but Altadis products are very inconsistent at this time. 2 5 1
Churchill Although they aren't personally my cup of tea I have to admit these are high quality smokes that are consistently well and made with high quality tobacco. I just prefer a darker cigar as far as heritage types go, otherwise like an undercrown for the same price. That said these are a medium smoke w a long burn, flavors of cedar, oak, sweet tobacco, the typical notes you would expect from this type of cigar but very clean. Churchill The Montecristo Churchill is an enjoyable smoke. Its construction, and consistency are all quite good. The flavor is unique. Mild to medium. Notes of spice, leather, and charcoal. It does not get bitter as you consume it, but retains its flavor profile throughout. The draw on the one from the batch I have smoked so far, was somewhat inconsistent. I needed to relight the cigar often. I recommend it, if you are a fan of Montecristo cigars. 4 5 1
