Churchill On the first note, I regularly purchase Montecristo cigars; however, I was highly attracted to this particular themed cigar & was excited to purchase a box of the 7x56... now let's begin. I love the construction of this cigar. The barrel had a solid construction with minimal lines/veins dispalyed. I used an S-cut cigar cutter and the dry draw was good. I picked up notes of cacao, spice and somehow, don't know how, notes of sweet tamarind. I liked this cigar and the experience that the 1st & 2nd thirds had to offer. These 2 thirds consistencies were, by my knowledge, comprised of notes of wood, cacao with a mild spice profile. The last 3rd was where I was blown away and thrown a curve ball. My last third comprised of a menthol flavor. Had anyone else experienced this? This was the first time I had ever experienced that in good quality cigar. At first, I was like whoa! After my 70 minute cigar session, I thought to myself, I enjoyed that last third. It was a smooth finish. In my opinion, the Montecristo Volume 1: 100 Days is a 92 rated cigar. All in all, a damn good cigar to enjoy for any occasion. Thanks Montecristo and thank you JR Cigars. 5 5 1
Churchill A decent smoke but a little darker then I prefer. I will stick with the Monte white label 4 5 1
Churchill I can't expect anything less from monte cristo! 5 5 1
Churchill I have smoked many varieties of Montecristos in my lifetime. These are to die for! An outstanding smoke without that strong "chemical taste" that some cigars have. These were exceptionally smooth and classy from the first puff. Their larger ring size appeals to me for a fuller and richer draw. I want to buy them all, but I don't need all the extra humidors... 5 5 1
Churchill I was aprehensive to purchase at this price. A little north of what I like to spend. I am glad I took the risk. Burns wonderfully. Taste is rich and complex. The finish is probably one of the best I have had. I'm well versed in the Monte line. White series being my go to. Love this cigar. Definitely will buy the box of 10 again. 5 5 1
Churchill This is my second order of these fine cigars! 5 5 1
Churchill Taste and smell are really unique. But the draw like in many montes is horrendous. Last half was unsmokable to me. 3 5 1
Churchill Overall good cigar just prefer mine to be a little stronger. Great draw, burn and ash. No complaints just not my style 4 5 1
Churchill Montecristo is a favorite brand of mine. Bought a box of the 100 Days in the Churchill size after reading other reviews on here and was not disappointed at all. I found the ring gauge and construction to be flawless, and the flavor profile was exactly what I want to get from a Montecristo. A fantastic smoking experience. 5 5 1
Churchill Pre-light Sweet smell of Tabacco and Raisins. The first 1/3 had toasted bread, Leather with mild note of nutty flavor. 2/3 the leather notes got strong, and the raisin started to come into play. And the last 3rd I got cinnamon flavor with a scent of fresh glazed donuts. No regrets in buying this cigar. Recommend this cigar to all advanced and novice cigar smokers. Peace and Love, Johnny JP 5 5 1
Churchill Purchased a box of the Montecristo Volume 1: 100 days 7x56 Churchill from JR and the cigars are outstanding. Good construction and draw with medium flavor. I would recommend the cigars. Also received a good price from JR on the cigars. 5 5 1
Churchill I can't make up my mind if I like the volume 1 or volume 2 better as they are both very special cigars . The construction and flavor on these are top notch . I light the volume 1 up when I want a nutty toast experience. They last at least 2 hours and give off the same great flavor from start to finish without any harshness. I recommend both the volume 1 and 2 to experienced smokers . Someone that appreciates top notch construction and a consistent smooth tobacco experience . 😎👌 5 5 1

Montecristo Volume 1: 100 Days

Churchill 7 × 56 MXV1CH

Montecristo Volume 1: 100 Days Churchill cigars were meticulously blended by the famous Grupo de Maestros from Altadis U.S.A with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. Some of these tobaccos have been aged for over 10 years. Inspired by the 100 Days chapter from Andre Dumas’s the Count of Monte Cristo, all the tobaccos used in this blend were aged an additional 100 days after rolling. The result is an incredibly smooth and complex smoke with rich notes of cocoa, wood, spices, leather, and an overall tobacco sweetness that ties things together. Order a box of 10 now, and let JR fill your humidor with these very special Montecristo cigars.
