Crystal Got a great deal on these from JR. To me these are the best of the Café line similar to the rest of the line but these seem to have more complexity but maybe that's just my imagination. A lovely light wrapper with a mild woody and floral slight citrus character. Well balanced with an even burn and nice draw. 4 5 1
Crystal I think a Macanudo was my first real cigar but i still remember that scent. I have to say they are consistent because they still smell the same as they did all those years ago. Nice mild cigar built very well and consistent to the last draw. Perfect ash nice presentation. 4 5 1

Crystal I have been smoking this cigar for a long time now. I have had several with holes in the wrapper. These holes were in place before removing the cigar from the tube. I can't upload a picture or I would show you. The holes make the draw poor. The Cafe line is my favorite. 3 5 1

Crystal Macanudo is a brand that I think we all feel comfortable with. It's a recognized name from the expert to the beginner. A cigar you can hand out to any friend at any gathering, and the reaction is typically "Oh, a Macanudo!" Lol !!! I bought these on a crazy special; nice presentation with the glass tubes. Not amazing construction, and were peeling a little. Upon my first smoke, I found the draw to be a little tight, but tons of cream and better, obviously very mild, a tiny better of pepper. Overall a decent smoke. Very consistent and did not change much through the time I smoked it. If you have friends over, a Macanudo is something I feel you need to have in your humidor. Decent smoke for the golf course as well, although the draw issue makes it a little rough during the times when you put it down and it constantly goes out. This is not a 3 star cigar, and not really a 4 star either. It's more 3.5 if you want an honest opinion. Would not say not to buy it; you just need to know and understand what you are buying and what occasion the cigar is appropriate for....Just my thoughts :) 4 5 1
Crystal Had to wait until I smoked a 2nd one of these. The 1st was good but it was tough to smoke because the draw was so hard. It was like trying to drink a shake through a coffee stir. The 2nd was better, flavor was nice and Mellow. It was a good stick to unwind with after work. 4 5 1
