Cigars are a good smoke but I have an issue w/
1) not wrapped
2) no humidity package
I had to put into my humidor and load up fluid cause they were dry. I was able to save a few of them but some were falling apart as they were dry.
A humidor package inside would’ve saved them I think.

In the words of Darth Vader...."Impressive"....
Let me say, I was not expecting much considering the only review on here was three stars...
Also, Macanudo's, although consistent, sometimes have too mild and bland flavor for my taste buds. However, they had these on sale, I never had these before so I looked them up on Google, and the Aficionado website... and the reviews for the cigar itself was highly rated...so I took a chance...Also, if there's anything wrong with them you can always call customer service... They have always been phenomenal.
So without further ado... The first box of these I ordered came in perfectly humidified... And when I open the box the fragrance and aroma of the tobacco was very pungent. The aroma was floral, sweet, malt and vanilla. Imagine my surprise... Not only had I never smelled anything quite like it, from any cigar I've ever smelled, but I couldn't believe it was a Macanudo. I immediately transferred them into one of my humidors that remains consistent at 72% humidity. Usually I wait for my son to join me but I wanted to see what these were like.... Because if they smoked as good as they smelled coming out of the box I was going to order another box immediately because of the sale... So here's what I experienced....
Phenomenality!!! (Is that a word?) I Love these! Ladies and Gentlemen, If you want a good Connecticut, with a very unique flavor profile that is consistent and even all the way through, I highly recommend these. They are mild to medium, with floral notes, cream, with a hint of vanilla. A real finger burner!
So I ordered another box.... Immediately...
So if you try these I hope you enjoy them as much as I have... One more thing... These pair well with coffee, and if you like good whisky, the Courage and Conviction American Single Malt Whisky made right here in Virginia! It has 91 point rating from Whisky Advocate and a 96 point rating from Wine Enthusiasts! Really compliments the flavor of this cigar!
Stay Smokey My Friends!!!!
Side note: I wish JR's reviews had the capability for Photos to be uploaded....

I enjoy them tho I had to re humidify them slowly so they didn’t crack/split.
The dirt try was ok but I knew it was too dry , so I waited about 2 weeks and last night I tried one and I was pleasantly surprised, got a lot more flavor and a better draw when it reached 70% humidity.
Flavor was sweet with a butter nutty sweetness, I’d recommend them anytime, also for the cost it’s a good smoke. I’m buying a few more boxes for my office and home. I’m also interested in the other year selections to see if and what flavor profiles change.

Wow, just wow. I can honestly say this is probably one of the finest cigars i've smoked all year. I'm a big Arturo Fuente guy but I also love Macanudo's. This vintage 2010 Churchill is right up my alley. It is an expertly constructed and a very consistent mild smoke all the way down to the nub. I'm so happy I bought these these are amazing! I've been a Dominican cigar smoker for well over 30 years and I usually stick to the tried and true top brands that date back to the 1980s. This one is definitely on the top of my hit parade.

Macanudo Vintage 2010
Churchill 7.25 × 48 MVCH10
The 2010 growing season saw the highest temperatures in 25 years in the Connecticut River Valley, with high humidity and optimal rainfall that yielded an exceptionally rich and flavorful Connecticut shade wrapper leaf crop. This was the inspiration to create Macanudo Vintage 2010 Churchill cigars that are the follow up to the Maduro Vintage 1997 line, and our JR Exclusive Certified Vintage series that was released over three decades ago. Produced by the famed General Cigar Company in the Dominican Republic, the blend for Macanudo Vintage '10 starts off with a Nicaraguan binder and a long filler made of Dominican Piloto 94 leaves combined with Nicaraguan and Honduran tobacco that have been individually aged for three to five years. Then, these prized vintage leaves are covered by the star of the show— a silky golden brown USA Connecticut Shade wrapper from a prized 10-year aged Vintage 2010 Crop. This all amounts to a mellow bodied smoke that displays creamy notes of wood, vanilla, cocoa, and just the perfect touch of soft spice. Hurry and order a box of 20 from JR Cigar today and savor a luxurious vintage cigar smoking experience courtesy of Macanudo.
