No. 60 Really enjoyed this cigar. Now even burn. Not overwhelming and very smooth smoke. Lasted about an hour and am already looking for another box. 5 5 1
No. 60 Very good smoke, great price. 5 5 1
No. 60 The Series R is always a consistent go to Cigar. It's an even burn and easy to draw with a great wrapper. It's a big cigar at 60 ring but smokes more like a 54 to me. It's a full bodied Cigar but not over bearing at all very smooth and enjoyable. If you are looking for a great every day smoke look no further than the Series R. 5 5 1
No. 60 my new favorite 5 5 1
No. 60 Why do I keep ordering boxes of better cigars than my regular smoke? I don't order really expensive ones...I smoke too many for that. But like this La Gloria it's a couple more dollars than my usual tried and true and it's from a big name. As an FYI my go-to is Boneshaker. This La Gloria is no better in the taste department but the quality and inconsistencies in its construction mean I'm throwing out one of every three or four. Terrible. Second box in two years. No more. 3 5 1
No. 60 Very good smoke. Draw is even. A must have for any smoker. Will add to my collection. 5 5 1
No. 60 Not as good as the original. But that's not your fault. 4 5 1
No. 60 I love this cigar. My brother gave me one to try and I was impressed. They're a little out of my price range as a everyday smoke, but I still want to grab a few the next time they come available. 5 5 1
No. 60 Just finished my first box of these and I give them a 9 out of 10. Smooth easy draw, great smoke output, and strong taste. Not a smoke for the faint of heart. 4 5 1
No. 60 Great stick burn , flavor, I like it a lot… I’ll be getting more for sure !!! Great price tooo Thanks Big Mike 5 5 1
No. 60 I first tried one of these from the cigar of the month club. I really liked it and there was a taste in the wrapper I really liked. Beyond that. Well constructed, great draw and while full body it was not overly harsh but rather smooth. So, when an 18 pack was marked down I bought them. Three cigars in, my thought of the cigar did not change. The lone exception was the taste of the wrapper. Still good but more bland. Makes me wonder if the single was too close to another cigar and some of the flavor mixed with it. Either way an enjoyable cigar. While I would not consider these inexpensive cigars, I do think they are every bit as good as cigars costing twice this price. If you like full bodied big ring maduros, you have to have these in your humidor. 4 5 1
No. 60 One of my favorite cigars that I’ve found is the Series R Maduro no.7. (Not the series r black) I was however disappointed when I tried to pair that cigar with some of my favorite scotches. The sweetness in the Maduro broadleaf wrapper just made the scotch taste bad. I found it goes great with bourbon, but sometimes I just want a scotch. I read somewhere that the series r black paired well with scotch. I ordered a box of 18. They came promptly and in good shape. I tried one the other night with a glass of Ardbeg Corryvreckan, it was awesome. Same top notch quality of the Series R Maduro without as much sweetness. Cigars are a very individual thing. What one person likes, another may not. For reference or comparison, my tastes: I tend to like cigars on the stronger side. It’s rare I find one that’s too strong, maybe the LFD double ligero digger. But I like Rocky Decades, LFD LaNox, Padron 1964, AJ San Lotano Bull, Perdomo 20th to name a few. I wasn’t that impressed with LaRoma de Cuba, Davidoff, Alec Bradley (with the exception of the blind faith, that was an awesome cigar). But that’s just what I like, doesn’t mean they’re not good cigars and you might think they’re great. I’m just trying to convey my particular tastes because obviously this whole review is subject to them. I have 4 humidors at home and one is nothing but Glorias. I’ve become somewhat partial to the brand. 5 5 1
No. 60 This has been a favorite of mine for years! 5 5 1
No. 60 I'm a big fan of LGC, although I liked the previous recipe of this cigar better. The draw is good and there is a lot of smoke, but the flavor is a little dull compared to its first rendition. 4 5 1
No. 60 A good cigar for sitting down and relaxing at the end of the day! 5 5 1
No. 60 My favorite 5 5 1

No. 60 A enjoyable smoke! 5 5 1
No. 60 This was a good cigar, but, there are others that I prefer. Just a matter of personal taste 4 5 1
No. 60 I found this to be a good cigar all around. Ther flavor of others are more to my taste, but that is just personal taste. My day consists of coffee and a cigar, a midmorning cigar, an afternoon cigar with 4 shots of Knob Creek, and an evening cigar. I try a lot of different brans and while many are good smokes, the flavor sets a few aside for me. 4 5 1
No. 60 Great full body cigar… 5 5 1
No. 60 I am currently stuck on LaGloria Cubana cigars, construction and draw are always consistent. For me a maduro wrapper is a must, and the strength and flavor do not disappoint. 4 5 1
No. 60 Started smoking the 6x60 Maduros last summer, and I keep going back for me. Consistent flavor and burn. 5 5 1

No. 60 Fell hard for these cigars. I’m a maduro smoker, and the consistency, taste and draw of these cigars makes them a cigar I look forward to. I especially enjoy one at a football tailgate. 5 5 1

No. 60 Consistent 5 5 1
No. 60 I tried this for the first time in 2022 after the Consegra Sultan lost quality after smoking them for many years - 10+. I like a large ring size and this length so I decided to venture into a new experience. NOT DISAPPOINTED. Very enjoyable. Very full flavor. Construction wonderful. Draw consistent. Burn even. Never goes out. What more can I say? I tried it. I love it. 5 5 1
No. 60 Nice bold smoke 5 5 1

La Gloria Cubana Serie R Black Maduro

No. 60 6 × 60 LGSB603

The new Serie R Black Maduro No. 60 is the very first La Gloria to cross the border into Nicaragua — home to many of the world’s most full body cigars. What separates this smoke from its top-rated maduro cousin is an even darker coal black Double Maduro wrapper. Under the hood resides a high-octane blend of extra-dark dark Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos that have been aged to perfection. Along with thick clouds of billowy smoke and a fragrant, room-filling aroma, this 60-ring monster unleashes a bevy of bold, yet refined flavors that include black pepper, coffee, cedar, honey, and various spices. These top-notch smokes are available in 18-count boxes on the JR Cigar website; however, with throngs of La Gloria fanatics grabbing them up at record pace, we highly recommend that you order them as soon as you can!
