Rothschild I'm a big fan of JR Ultimate Cigars. I regularly smoke the Belicoso Occuro the #1's and this little stogie. This cigar is well constructed is always consistant has a nice easy draw and the flavor is outstanding. My hand seems to reach for these cigars every time I open the humidor. Unless something changes these will always be my go to cigar. 5 5 1
Rothschild I'll put these sticks up against the big boys any day. I love to share good smokes with my friends and they can't believe what I paid. This is the third time I purchased these and will continue to. 4 5 1

Rothschild After smoking these now for several years I've never gone back to the Limited Editions or the JR Counterfeits. Unfortunately JR occasionally accidentally ships the ULR3 (Maduro) instead of the ULR3 (Oscuro) and I have to send them back to exchange for the correct ones I believe it's an issue with the people picking the wrong boxes at the store room. 5 5 1
Rothschild This is the third JR brand I have tried and it it great. Not going to get all technical but it's s solid smoke. I will keep them in hand. 5 5 1
Rothschild Very close to a Macanudo Maduro--great cheaper cigar--white ash good smoke volume--nice construction--same flavor all the way--not a strong cigar--not a thriller by any means but will buy again maybe a different size 3 5 1

Rothschild Draw 9/10 construction was great 8/10 had one minor touch up but that was smoking outside in the wind so great performance Flavors 7/10 only had one transition about half way notes of espresso and earthy almond then half way went towards a creamy bitter baking coco nibs but smooth finish overall 8/10 great stick for the price definitely can compete with some higher end cigars. 4 5 1
Rothschild Maybe it was the setting one of those perfect alignments of time and space. Sitting in a wood fired hot tub on one of the highest peaks in the Smoky Mountains (naturally) I enjoyed the best cigar I ever smoked: a JR Ultimate Rothschild Oscuro which had been in my humidor for five full years. It was a bold smoke but lacked even the faintest hints of harshness. Oh yeah pleasure has rarely felt so good. 5 5 1

Rothschild I tried to like it. But it reminded me of a Punch Signature, but not as rich. I'm not a fan of black pepper cigars and this was too peppery for my taste. Some people may like that, but I do not. I gave it a try though and I can mark it off my list of repurchases. 3 5 1
