Perdomo Reserve No. 5 I almost sent these back because the description doesn’t clarify the cigar shape. Only thing you have to go off is the picture. Which shows a perfecto shape. I received box pressed Churchill’s. That’s why only 4 stars. I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to return them. Besides I figured I might like them. I’m starting to suspect they know people will do like I have and say oh well. Not the first time I’ve been deceived like this here. I really hope they fix this very annoying issue. Specifics on products should be mandatory IMO. Besides all that I’m glad I kept these cigars. They are good. Kind of soft on the construction but doesn’t fall apart and makes for a nice draw. Mostly even burning cool smoke.very little to no bit. Has a mild to medium kind of a sweet flavor that reminds me of soda water with a little milk chocolate cocoa almond thing going on at times. Good earthy sweet aroma. After taste leave a little bitterness but not bad or unpleasant. Glad I gave these a chance. I would consider buying again. If I could get these in a perfecto they would always be in my stock pile. HOPE JR CIGARS IS READING THIS. Please make efforts to clarify many of your JR branded cigar descriptions. Also don’t like getting substitutions if something is out of stock. I order what I want and I want what I order. Love you guys and mistakes happen but I’m tired of getting burned like this. 4 5 1
Perdomo Reserve No. 5 The construction is good, the flavor is good, thebdrawn is good. The only complaint I have is the cost keeps going up faster than the rate of living> 5 5 1
Perdomo Reserve No. 5 Nice easy draw and mild flavor. Great for every day smoke. Construction is decent but not packed quite as tight as I would like. However It makes it a great smoke to hold on to handsfree while working in the yard. 4 5 1

Perdomo Reserve No. 5 I have smoked many bundles of this cigar as well as a box of real Perdomo Reserve No. 5s. The JR smokes were almost as good as the originals much better than I expected. Certainly the price was about 1/3 of the Perdomos. The last bundle I ordered was a major letdown. The ring guage was about 47 not the 56 that was advertised. I returned them and was given a partial refund. (Smoked 2) pretty much dissatisfied with JR Right now. They cannot seem to get my loyalty points right and lost my purchase history going back to 2009. Totally dissappointing. 2 5 1

Perdomo Reserve No. 5 I’ll agree with Bill A & Shawngarr who also reviewed this cigar. Not what I expected. The ring size may be a 50 at it’s highest girth which is about two inches of the total cigar. I’ve also had this happen with another JR Alternative that was advertised as a 4.5 x 60 but was no more than a 50. The customer service rep told me JR doesn’t make a 60 ring in this length. May not but they still advertise them! Won’t ever know because I’ll never order them again and get stuck. I had to return at my expense which I chose not to do. Getting back to this cigar, other than the ring being less than expected it’s not a bad cigar. However; I’m a 60 ring or larger cigar smoker so I’ll probably never order again. I gave a 3 on construction because of the small ring. 4 5 1
Perdomo Reserve No. 5 The cigar was on sale and I picked it up. For a $2.00 cigar it was not bad. A bit harsh, and rolled like this was an apprentice Torcedor learning to make this shape. It's not that the construction was horrible it was loosely and inconsistently rolled. Also it was rolled with minimal tobacco. Just enough to hold its shape. Not very complex in flavor but again it's a $2.00 cigar. I was hoping for a more complex smoke in this price range. I'll have to keep looking. 3 5 1
