No. 7 Toro I had this cigar the other day and I can't wait to have another. Smooth leather with notes of toast and nuts dominate. The finish is long and smooth. Tons of smoke round out the experience making this stick an absolute pleasure. The draw was much firmer than I like but it didn't distract from the overall experience. 4 5 1

No. 7 Toro Starts out with a very bitter wet grass flavor but quickly moves to a cedar and spice. There is a pepper tingle on the finish as you approach the halfway point. After this coffee and coco notes start to appear and get stronger toward the end. Once you reach the maduro wrapper flavors die down a bit and a woodsy coffee is all there is. The draw is absolutely effortless and it has great smoke output. Nice experience a great morning stick with coffee. 4 5 1

It's a little harsh but my problem is the vegetal, flowery quality of the smoke. It's not bad but not great on my palate. Those who like mild, perfumed smokes will probably like this one a lot. 4 5 1
No. 7 Toro I got a box of the 46 ring size some time ago. They age very well, the floral aspect has faded away leaving hay, nuts, a touch of light cream and an unidentifiable spice. Oh, and interestingly, pepper on the retro. On the strength of my old purchase I got a bundle of the larger size. The ratio of wrapper to filler makes this an excellent mild cigar. Smooth, almost silky, more milk than cream and just a tiny bit more pepper. The pepper, rather than being a discordant note, lends some entertainment to the blend. Every line of cigars has a sweet spot, a size that hits all the notes of the other sizes but is more balanced. This is the one. I figure six months to a year will have it become a go too morning smoke with a light roast coffee or even tea. 4 5 1
