A dance of Corojo ‘99, Criollo ‘98, and the Corojo 2012 wrapped in a velvety Corojo ’99 leaf that means business. From the get-...go, your senses are ambushed by a riot of black pepper, cinnamon, and warm cedar before a hint of pistachio, lemon zest, and chai weaves into the mix. Each draw feature waves of earthiness, toasted nuts, and vanilla cream. A finale of coffee, licorice, and spice with the right amount of oomph round out the profile.
