Great flavors of chocolate wood some earth and peppery spice. Medium creamy finish with a nice little kick. Draw started out a bit tight but loosens up. Managed to go 45 minutes with one tonight.

I keep coming back to this stick. I started smoking back in 2007 and was always rebuying the decadent dozen sampler from JR which contained 12 toro sized Hoyos. Excellent bold oily espresso notes of thick chewy smoke. A must try.

I forgot how flavorful the Hoyo de Monterey brand is .These little gems brought me back 40 years, when they were my favorite brand. I stopped buying them when the prices went crazy. I was used to paying 49.95 for a box of 50 Rothchilds, and I smoked them for years .When the price quadrupled in one fell swoop, I stopped and switched to Primo del Rey cazadores as an acceptable replacement. Now those are no longer made, and I've been drifting all over the place trying to find another go- to favorite .These Hoyo Sabrosos in the maduro wrapper have filled the bill. They're priced right and deliver a great flavor punch .Looks like I'm back home with Hoyo, and," Louie, This looks like the beginning of a wonderful friendship."
