Churchill During your recent system update I became so frustrated attempting to reach you that I ordered cigars from a competitor. For three days calls went unanswered & your "press 5" option never resulted in a call back. But that didn't stop you from clogging my inbox. I doubt I'll renew my JR Plus membership. 3 5 1

Churchill This is not the same cigar that I have smoked for over twenty years. I suggest that you try another brand. The wrapper is a different color along with binder, filler, giving a totally different taste to a use to be great cigar. The draw is terrible and so tight that you cannot smoke any of the cigars. I have tried over ten and the same results - lousy. 2 5 1
