Daytrader Toro I ordered a box of 10 of these as part of a "buy 1 box and get 15 H. Uppman cigars free" promotion. However, after I had received the order, JR simply never sent the promotional items. After I contacted their customer service, I was informed that they had "run out" and would simply not fulfill the order, and not replace the unfulfilled items or offer a refund. Utterly outrageous and unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere!! 1 5 1
