No. III 25% rolled to tight so can not draw. 25% have chimney down center due to lack of tobacco/poor rolling. Quality has been declining for years. no one seems to care. 2 5 1

No. III My only criticism of cigars I've ordered from JR is many of the cigars contain stems which contribute to an uneven burn! Not critical of JR but a careful screening of the cigar makers would be appropriate! If I have to pay more for a cigar that doesn't contain stems then so be it!!!! 4 5 1
