Churchill got this in a sampler, let this sit in my humidor for a couple of weeks. fired it up and found it very harsh. last thing I would expect from a davidoff. couldn't get past a couple of inches before i gave it up. honestly, I should give this 1 star, but maybe I got a bad one. 2 5 1
Churchill This without a doubt has become one of my utmost favorites of my more expensive sticks. The draw was perfect and had a light to medium smoke, which I love thicker smoke, the kind you can chew on. Was pleasantly overwhelmed with the notes and it was even better mid stick. I must have caught myself a dozens times saying, "man I like this smoke", while smoking it. And it paired perfectly with Guinness. 4 5 1

Churchill Pleasant, smooth, a hint of strength, even draw, and good construction. But too overpriced to give them serious consideration, and purchase them again. Simply put, there are many, many cigars that are just as good, for far less money! 3 5 1
Churchill The Davidoff Dark Hour Churchill is an excellent cigar. The burn is even from beginning to end. Flavors in this smoke are consistent throughout. It is a medium to full bodied cigar. JR Cigars shipped theae cigars quickly, as they have with all my orders. 5 5 1
Churchill I want to start by saying I LOVE DAVIDOFF. They are consistently the best brand I have smoked and I always have a few for special occasions. Now to the "The Late Hour." I had such high hopes for this cigar but was sorely disappointed. The aroma and look were phenomenal, but it didn't want to burn right. It kept canoeing and wanted to go out. There were a few spots where it seemed a thick stem was because it would pop and have a snaggletooth ash coming out the side after. A little over halfway thru, things finally settled down and I was able to enjoy the remainder of my cigar. All in all, I really enjoyed the cigar, but for the price I shouldn't have had to waste the first half. Hopefully I just got a bad one, but from the other reviews this seems to be a pattern with this particular line of Davidoff. I'll steer clear of "The Late Hour," for the time being. 3 5 1
