I ordered these and they didn't come with the shipment. I have been trying to get a credit. I have emailed twice, and tried to call customer service. Never got through to a live human being either time. I got ripped off. Also got charged shipping even though I am JR Plus member. Thanks for nothing, JR Cigars!

This is a real tempting stick: for a Maduro I found it a little 'flat & dry' for my taste. Then again, it was my 1st Davidoff Cigar [even though I smoke a large variety of Cigars] & I wasn't sure what to expect from it. Overall it smoked very well. Good consistent Draw & Flavor end to end. The Construction was very consistent too. Other than the flat [no sweetness] Flavor & being a bit Dry for my taste.... I would deem it an excellent Cigar overall. I can see where many folk may be very pleased overall.
