Toro I bought 20 of these and almost everyone had a problem they either burned poorly or would just suck air. Worst cigars I have had. I don't write reviews but I think monte cristo should work on fewer lines and get those right. 1 5 1
Toro Got a pack of these on sale as an impulse item and glad that I did. Great mild flavor. First one tunneled like mad but after a week in the humidor the rest were great. Just wish everything from these guys wasn't so expensive. 5 5 1

Toro Found it on the mild side. Did have a good burn and nice long ash. No touch ups. Lasted an hour an 20 minutes. I am a slow smoker. I prefer medium to full. But it did taste good. Just not strong enough for my everyday after lunch stick. I do recommend buying a 5 pack. 4 5 1

Toro This is one of those cigars that you need to have in your box at all times this is the after dinner smoke would be your dinner go. When friends come over this is the one you always want to give them if you have some extras but never want to give them because you love it so much. Toro I'm not too much into the Connecticut Shade wrappers. Once in a while I'll go for one. Montes are perfectly rolled excellent draw and very consistent. Flavor is quite pleasant strength is medium side of mild. Creamy nutty and fresh cedar flavors. Hints of light fruit with a dash of white pepper. 4 5 1

Toro Background: I’ve been a JR customer for over 30 yrs. I prefer a milder Dominican, and have a number of of reliable old favorites, like H Upman, Macanudo, Don Diego and Montecristo. I recently ordered a box of the Montecristo Classic toros. To be brief, this is the most disappointing box of cigars I have ever bought. The cigars are flabby; they are much too loosely rolled and they get soggy when smoked. The flavor is consequently dismal. I can’t believe that MC even put their label on these things, some of the most unpleasant cigars I have ever smoked! Iwon’t be buying anything else from Altadis anytime soon.... 1 5 1
