Gran Toro I bought two five packs of these as a special. The first one was fine the second one literally I could not smoke it it was rolled and packed so tight no matter how hard I pulled I could not get anything out of it. I was really displeased with this cigar. 1 5 1
Gran Toro My favorite cigar. Just ordered another box. It never fails to give me a smooth even burn. Great flavor and at a bargain 5 5 1
Gran Toro An old standby for me every time I want a guaranteed good smoke this is it. I see others have had problems but I have smoked a lot of these with no problems. Get them in the humidor ASAP. 4 5 1
Gran Toro I struggle with attempting to differeciate between the various R&J 1875s... I find ALL the 50+ ring ones (I just don't smaller ring size) blend into each other... That unto itself is not a bad thing as you always know what to expect - a darn good flavorful well built cigar... 4 5 1
Gran Toro These were the first cigars I bought from JR cigars. The grand toro is the perfect size and the 1875s spicy flavor always delivers 4 5 1
Gran Toro I have to say. These are awesome. Well worth trying. You will want more. 4 5 1
Gran Toro I would say this cigar is always right on smooth and tasty goes great with my morning coffee 5 5 1
Gran Toro A consistent but mild smoke. Low in flavor but notes of nuts cream wood and hay. Burns great and you know exactly what you are getting. 4 5 1
Gran Toro This is a medium bodied cigar with flavor notes of cedar earth hazelnuts hints of coffee. This is a great smoke. Definitely recommend pairing with Colombian coffee as this compliments flavors. Voluminous clouds of white puffy smoke. Flavors peaked half way into enjoying this cigar. Would definitely recommend and will have in my rotation. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Another good cigar from Romeo Y Julieta nice burn good taste gets better half way through will smoke again 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good all around classic cigar. Always great draw and flavor. Very rare for any erratic burn or construction issues. Just a classic 4 5 1
Gran Toro Quality consistency and flavor. Those are what you get with Romeo y Julieta cigars. Never had a bad one and the same is true with these. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I thought I'd try these based on the positive reviews. I usually smoke Maduro Jr Ultimate Double Corona's. These alternatives are very consistent......they are all poorly constructed and harsh rather than flavorable. I was hoping to find a less expensive alternative to my usual smokes. These are not them. 2 5 1
Gran Toro Fine aroma..a bit too gritty and earthy for me. affortable but I will stick to my rocky's. Worth a try...I guess. 3 5 1
Gran Toro This stick is one of the good choice that Romeo has and trust it will not disappoint 4 5 1
Gran Toro One of my favorites is the Gran Toro. I've never had a bad one and always have some of them on stock. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Love smoking these when I doing ribs on the grill. Perfect 90 min burn time for the last bit of cooking. The soft cocoa tasting smoke is smooth with a mild to medium flavor 5 5 1
Gran Toro Very good cigar. Have smoked before and will continue to smoke. Great buy and well worth the 20 extra deal 3 5 1
Gran Toro Nice smooth smoke. Very enjoyable. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Quintessential smoke here! This might be in the top 10 most classic smokes of all time. 5 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar always 4 5 1
Gran Toro Not too harsh for a robusto. I accidentally purchased this cigar and when I found out that it is a robusto I was worried that it was too strong. Oh Contraire the cigar was a smooth even smoke that wasn't too strong. This worked out for the best 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great smoke. Nice and smooth. Have had on many occasions. Can't go wrong. Would def have again. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar loved the bigger size this stogie produced large volumes of smoke with little effort due to the perfect draw try these 5 5 1
Gran Toro I always enjoy them. For a 5 Buck Cigar they remain one of my favorites. 4 5 1
Gran Toro These are first class smokes. Plenty of flavor and very smooth throughout no bite just a great flavor start to finish. I alternate between these and their maduro wrapped brethren. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great smoke holds together well smooth taste Good price for a cigar that lasts me a good hour 4 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar. Great value! Toro is the best! 5 5 1
Gran Toro My all time favorite cigar. Classic great taste nice easy delicious cigar always worth it. 5 5 1
Gran Toro My alltime favorite...you can never go wrong with any ryj...but this is the class of the brand by far 4 5 1
Gran Toro A spectacular treat for all occasions . .. to relax or celebrate or even to just reflect on the day's accomplishments . .. silky smooth and wonderful . . 5 5 1
Gran Toro I Love This Stick...R&Y can do very little wrong in my eyes and this stick proves it...super afforable and worthy of the name Romeo y Julieta! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great smoke at a reasonable price. My go to favorite. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Nice cigar not my favorite R&J but one of my favorite brands. It proved itself as a reliable cigar for the evening. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Wonderful medium bodied cigar at a great price particularly when you factor in the additional incentive of twenty free cigrars 5 5 1
Gran Toro My favorite everyday cigar always consistent burns good mild to medium with a great aroma that lots of compliments 4 5 1
Gran Toro I like R & J 4 5 1
Gran Toro Romeo y Julieta! What more is there to say? I'm partial & like almost every cigar they make. These 1875s have an issue with the wrapper being a little weak but I enjoy the flavor an deal with the issues 4 5 1
Gran Toro Best $4 I ever spent on a cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I love R&Js...they are consistently great affordable smokes. These are awesome. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I had my 1st one a few years ago and since then while I have tried many other cigars I keep coming back to the 1875's. I have yet to have a bad one and for me it has the perfect taste for my palate. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I wish the wrapper didn't always peel off but it's a reliable smoke 4 5 1
Gran Toro This is a VERY good cigar. Is now one of my favorites! 5 5 1
Gran Toro There's no love lost for this classic! Its rich flavor and smooth palate render it a big bang for your bucks. Affordable and accommodating it fulfills the smoker every time it's torched. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great Cigars 4 5 1
Gran Toro I really enjoyed this cigar. Looking forward to ordering more in the future. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great smoke. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro have not received them yet 5 5 1
Gran Toro A nice everyday go-to cigar. Nice draw, smooth flavor. 5 5 1
Gran Toro This cigar has a good draw that is not too tight. The flavor is medium and is a nice go-to cigar with a snifter of scotch along side during a nice mild temperature evening. 4 5 1
Gran Toro 1875s 5 5 1
Gran Toro overall a good smoke. occasional hiccups with draw and burn. 4 5 1
Gran Toro My Go To Cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro My favorite go to cigar & store. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Some of the cigars are great, but some are rough and there are a lot of stems in the filler. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Awesome 5 5 1
Gran Toro I like Romeo and Juliet cigars. When it is warm outside my go to cigar is the exhibition 1 and when it gets cooler outside I like the shorter Gran Toro. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I received a 5 pack of these Gran Toro's, along with another "5 pack" of another brand. Those (the other brand) were FRESH SOFT and NOT BRITTLE. The Gran Toro's were hard, brittle, and dried out. They would NOT stay lite, the dreaded sideways ash burn and EXTREMELY HARSH. I kept lighting anouther one just thinking I had "got a bad ONE"...BUT they were ALL Terrible. I would not purchase anymore. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Great Cigars and Great value! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Had to use a draw poker on the first two 4 5 1
Gran Toro Enjoyable. The same flavor from the beginning until the last puff. Smooth. 4 5 1
Gran Toro nice smoke, bit overpriced 5 5 1
Gran Toro I am not impressed with this cigar. I usually order the Star crossed Romeo Julietta but they have been out. JR does not inform their customers when the Star Crossed will be available. If they are no longer supplied by Romeo Julietta then JR should take this off the website. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Good buy for the money 5 5 1
Gran Toro Nice construction and draw!... little flavor though, pretty weak 3 5 1
Gran Toro Tried several of the 1875's always good flavor some burn issues at times. Have a hard time getting them in boxes. Have to do samplers. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Consistently smooth and flavorful. Sweet mild smoke. I always go to Romeo y Julieta if I want something I know I'll enjoy. Even better if someone else is buying! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great every day cigar Super taste even burn 5 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar by far one of the best daily smoker 5 5 1
Gran Toro excellent cigar. R & J 1875's are one of my favorite cigars and the gran toro is the perfect size for me. 4 5 1
Gran Toro This 5pack is a great bang for the buck. They have a great flavor and last a long time. I get 2 hours! They are great to have in the humidor for everyday or for when you have friends that want a good smoke but don’t know what to have. Good mellow-medium taste that is consistent throughout. They light with ease. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Smoked these years ago and could always be counted on as a go-to cigar. Not anymore: loose roll a very thin wrapper that cracks and uneven burn. There has not been a good cigar in the entire batch Sorry I bought a box of 20. Avoid these smokes; there are far better cigars at this price point 1 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar great price! 5 5 1
Gran Toro I struggle with attempting to differeciate between the various R&J 1875s... I find ALL the 50+ ring ones (I just don't smaller ring size) blend into each other... That unto itself is not a bad thing as you always know what to expect - a darn good flavorful well built cigar... 4 5 1
Gran Toro Nice consistent draw good flavor first time smokin these but will for sure puchase them in the fiture 5 5 1
Gran Toro To me this cigar just seems like the reserva real by Romeo but not as tasty. I've only smoked two of them maybe I should give it another go 4 5 1
Gran Toro From the moment you light it this fine cigar will amaze you with its smooth draw fine construction and flavor. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good smoke. Mild to medium strength. Great construction great draw. Smoked well. A good smoke from a classic brand 5 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar all the time 5 5 1
Gran Toro Romeo y julieta 1875 gran toro is my ultimate go too stogie when I'm not sure where to go. Always an amazing smoke 4 5 1
Gran Toro When I have time I smoke these instead of a bully. Both are daily smokes for me. Simply a great smoke. Lots of great flavor. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Good product 5 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar. I smoke this since getting a box. Pretty good cigar for anytime. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Very smooth. Mild to medium. Bodied. Great construction. A little light in the draw but with good smoke out and consistent flavor lacking complexity but still enjoyable. 4 5 1
Gran Toro It's a good smoke but it's not vary complex it basically stays ther same through out the smoke with a kind of earthy sweet peppery mix. 4 5 1
Gran Toro great cigar.my son and I look forward to sundays when we smoke them after a ballgame. great flavor 4 5 1
Gran Toro Just ok but not the cigars fault I'm usually smoking full flavor cigars and this one was to light for my taste 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good overall. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good after diner puff/morning. Little to no tooth. Slight vein. Stick had little tug on the draw. Pretty consistant ash. Spice 1st 3rd then mellowed cocoa 4 5 1
Gran Toro These are my favorite cigar. Perfect burn and goes well in the backyard after work.Never had a bad one. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Been smoking these for a little over a year now and I've really enjoyed them. Last batch I bought has had very inconsistent draws. Some are fine and others are like trying to suck a bowling ball through a straw. 3 5 1
Gran Toro This is my favorite smoke. Always consistent. The draw and burn is perfect. CJz 4 5 1
Gran Toro Love these just picked up another box of 5. Nice draw and great flavor. I am definitely going to have a few in my humidor 5 5 1
Gran Toro Not only is this my favorite cigar but it's not hard on my wallet. Good for everyday smoke it has a nice burn to it. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Love Romeo and Julieta. My favorites are the Exhibition # 3 and the one I am reviewing now. . I have smoked cigars in the 1875 line the reserve reals and Star Crossed. They are similar in quality of draw burn and construction. I prefer the 1875's mostly because of the Sumatra wrapper. They just taste better to me. They hint of coffee and pepper but it is a medium body cigar with a tasty but subtle taste. To me the other Romeos are just not as flavorful. Ilove this smoke and the Exhibition #3 4 5 1
Gran Toro I always have a box of the Romeo Y Julieta 1875s in my humidor. Excellent smoke that is medium bodied. Balanced with superb flavored throughout. A Must smoke. 5 5 1
Gran Toro It was my third round stick out on the golf course and yet still was pretty good. I could taste it after two stronger sticks so....... I'd go back to it with hopes it would be even better with a fresh palate 4 5 1
Gran Toro Good cigar but it was a bit too earthy for me. Good draw and consistency though. 4 5 1
Gran Toro R the I love it and I have a tgreat of the best thing to say it is a great day way too many times 2 5 1
Gran Toro i didnt care for the grand not my tastes but burned nice i did finish it but just not something i enjoyed 2 5 1
Gran Toro Got this as a gift one time. Smoked it right away and it was decent. I could smoke another one anytime. Good. 3 5 1
Gran Toro A rich delicious smoke full of flavor great draw and build pretty complex. Would definitely give it another go 4 5 1
Gran Toro good cigar every time. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Another fine craft from Romeo y Julieta. This cigar is well balanced in constrction draw taste and aroma. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great overall cigar. A little on the spicy side with white pepper throughout. Please don't try to retrohale this cigar 3 5 1
Gran Toro One of my favorite sticks. Good from start to finish. 5 5 1
Gran Toro This was a great smoke. Well priced and very well constructed. Good everyday cigar that won't break the bank. 5 5 1
Gran Toro It was a pretty good cigar considering this way my first purchase from jr cigsrs. Will order again 3 5 1
Gran Toro I always return to Romeo y Julieta tried many different cigars but this one is always consistent. My favorite is the Exhibicion No. 3 5 5 1
Gran Toro Out of all the cigars from Romeo y Julieta this is my 3rd favorite in all their lines. The 1875 is rich and creamy with lots of mild flavor. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Very solid consistent cigar. Always try new cigars and keep coming back to RJ. Price is good for a first rate cigar 4 5 1
Gran Toro This is my 3rd time ordering the Bullies. It gives me the perfect buzz. I love it. I think it's my new favorite cigars! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Love this cigar. Staple in my humidor. Awesome flavor and consistency. Mild flavor with a nutty taste. Great cigar that won't break the bank. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Excellent smoke. Great draw and burn. Very enjoyable Mild to medium smoke. A great cigar to smoke while sitting next to a fire drinking a 7 and 7. One of my all time favorited 5 5 1
Gran Toro Initially I purchased 5 of these to try. I found then to be smooth good burning and flavorful. So much so I bought a box. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Romeo y Julieta any style is always a great cigar. If you get one tidsy or if you get one five years ago they are the same . Great as always . 5 5 1
Gran Toro Not a good cigar. 3 out of 5 cigars have had hot spots or draw holes that have made them not able to be smoked. very poorly made.. 2 5 1
Gran Toro 1875 romeo's are truly the best cigar JR sells. It has a bite but not too much. My friends love to get a cigar from me because they know it will be a Romeo. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Well made smoked smooth all the way through Flavor was good and consistent the entire smoke. 4 5 1
Gran Toro This batch of 1875 was not a good one. Every cigar had an issue with the wrapper cracking and unraveling. So very poor construction. Would not purchase this brand again. 1 5 1
Gran Toro This has been my standard cigar for many years after transitioning from Nicaragua based cigars. There was a brief period when quality control faultless, but that issue is well behind us. The cigars are consistently well made with smooth draw and well constructed core.; wrappers remain well selected and applied. On top of it all the cigars are remarkably consistent box to box. Yes, I do keep Montecristo Whites in the humidor, but the Romeo is my regular cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro First cigar out of box and wrapper “exploded” when lit. I got the box exposed to so moisture and helped the problem. Draw is very inconsistent. Needless to say, I would not recommend this cigar 1 5 1
Gran Toro Great 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great 5 5 1
Gran Toro What a wonderful cigar. I ordered 5 and I’m now ordering a box of 20. 5 5 1
Gran Toro ENJOY THEM !!! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Have been ordering these for years without and concerns or issues. This order the cigars blow up about 1/3 in. Can provide photos if necessary. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Good value 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great!! 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great flavor and burn 5 5 1
Gran Toro I love this cigar. JR Cigars have best customer service. 5 5 1
Gran Toro This is a beautify rolled, well packed and great tasting smoke. highly recommend 5 5 1
Gran Toro Consistently an excellent cigar. Even draw, reliable quality and flavor. Do I like Montecristos? Yes, but this is my everyday cigar. Goes well with bourbon, trust me on that. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Excelente Calidad and Great Flavor 4 5 1
Gran Toro Have only smoked two out of five. First one had a strange taste, could not smoke. The second completely unraveled. Put rest in humidor, hope it will help. 3 5 1
Gran Toro For the price a very luxurious cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Preferred stick 4 5 1
Gran Toro Smooth and rich. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Nice taste 5 5 1
Gran Toro Flavor had a nice finish. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Not bad for the price, next time I’m going up a tier. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Cigars not fresh. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Good flavor and not as bitter as many Central American cigars. 3 5 1
Gran Toro I have bought thousands of dollars of Romeo juliett and I have been having a consistent problem with dried out cigars. The wrappers peel off and cigar doesn't burn evenly. I am thinking about changing the brand I smoke 2 5 1
Gran Toro One favorite cigar was disappointing - had to re light several times and finally gave up. Really poor draw. 2 5 1
Gran Toro Box cigars are great but 5 packs are harsh, crinkly and sometimes stale. Goes good with a cigar. Alan 4 5 1
Gran Toro Outstanding cigar well worth the price! 5 5 1
Gran Toro It is my favorite cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro Inconsistent draw 2 5 1
Gran Toro When I first got these they were dry and horrible. After a few months in humidor they were great. Great taste, perfect burn and draw. Stayed away from Ryan, but now will try others 4 5 1
Gran Toro Superb construction.....one of the best! Outstanding draw. Taste....matter of opinion but with a George Dickel #12 after a hard day of work it’s spiritual. I’m impressed! Love ‘em! 5 5 1
Gran Toro My go to weekly smoke! Great flavor and draw! 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great burn and consistently good smoke. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Love all Romeo will always buy. 5 5 1
Gran Toro They were very disappointing. Hard to draw, didn’t burn evenly. Just all around disappointment. Not again. No thanks. 1 5 1
Gran Toro good flavor, a little burn issues, but over all a nice stick. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar definitely one of my go to. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Love this smooth, casual smoke on a cool evening. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Rolled way too tight. Almost impossible to draw. Not satisfied at all. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Very smooth 4 5 1
Gran Toro Very smooth, great construction , not a lot of smoke great morning with coffee cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro its OK not what i was expecting should of ordered the magnum 3 5 1
Gran Toro Almost the perfect cigar , nice slow burn, dense white ash , good toasty tobacco flavor and aroma, very smooth and mellow, 54 ring provides lots of good cool smoke. It builds in richness as it burns without becoming harsh or bitter , it can truly be smoked down to the nub. The draw is a little tight at the beginning , but improves as it burns. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Dry wrapper. Tough draw. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Product arrived quickly and was of the high quality I've come to expect from JRCigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro Cigars were difficult to keep lit had to constantly inhale they also not hold significant ash burn was irregular disappointing 2 5 1
Gran Toro Excellent draw smooth taste people at jr are top notch 5 5 1
Gran Toro They were just OK 5 5 1
Gran Toro This smoke will not disappoint , drag is always good, I was always an Hupman guy but made the move still love the Hupman but getting older and these are a little bit milder 5 5 1
Gran Toro I've been smoking this cigar from JR for years and always satisfied. The last few orders, all from 5 packs, have been disappointing. Cigar is dry from delivery and unravels almost immediately. Draw is good but next to impossible to smoke all the way down. I will not order this, at least from JR, anymore. 3 5 1
Gran Toro always a good drag, smooth and never disappoints 5 5 1
Gran Toro It’s a decent cigar, but the batch I got is a little dried out. I hoped they would rehydrate a little in my humidor, but they’re still a bit crispy. Still a decent cigar, though they aren’t burning well. 3 5 1
Gran Toro This is a great cigar. Excellent flavor, good draw, and it stays lit. I’ve loved 1875’s for an awfully long time and they never disappoint! 5 5 1
Gran Toro This is a classic tasting, classic functioning and classic appearing cigar. No one can assert that they are well rounded cigar lovers unless or until they have tasted every variety of Romeo e Julieta cigars. I tried a medal of honor Romeo some 15 years ago and found it to be grassy and dry. I went some 12 years believing no Romeo could be worth my time and money based on that single experience. I was very very wrong. You may well not enjoy one or two different blends from this company but I assure you that you will stumble across at least one that will force you to include it in your humidor and rotation forever after. They are over all a solid deal for the money and aside from the occasional poor draw and the once in 20 sour stick it will all be well worth your exploration. Trust me on this. 4 5 1
Gran Toro I’m Rome y Julieta guy try many different cigars but 1875 and Reserva Real the best!!! 5 5 1
Gran Toro The cigars arrived in good shape with no issues. Romeo y Julieta are a staple in my Humidor. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I got a pack of 5 and they smoked terrible- wrapper unravels and burns up the side. Contacted customer service and I have to send pictures of what is happening to them as I smoke it. I have been a customer for years and years and never have ever called about any cigars, but now I have an issue and I have to go thru this BS- I will never buy from JR again, You guys beware, please! 1 5 1
Gran Toro These cigars were purchased online because my brother in le and I both enjoyed them at a CDM lounge. My cigars came dry and fell apart before I could even smoke them (see pics). With the effort I had to put forth just to get an answer (2 emails and a phone call), the LEAST that could have been done is offer me a refund of my shipping costs (a request I made very clear during my phone call), if not also a coupon of some sort if JR wanted repeat business, which apparently you don’t, because I got no response to a follow up email I sent after a refund for the price of the cigars themselves was issued over a week later. The process is ridiculous. If that’s how it’s going to be, you won’t get another dime of my business and I will make sure everyone in sight of your social media accounts knows it and why. My brother in law also has this issue recently. I wonder how many more there are. I had another cigar shipped in the same order that arrived in a ziploc bag with a Boveda pouch, so that turned out to be a good smoke. Don’t know why the R y Js weren’t treated with the same care. Bad experience. 1 5 1
Gran Toro A very consistant cigar with great flavor. 5 5 1
Gran Toro always a good smoke and nice flavor to the very end 5 5 1
Gran Toro Poor draw, impossible to keep lit, no idea how they actually taste. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Good, smooth smoke 4 5 1
Gran Toro If you let this cigar rest a couple months they are great...really nice. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Like the product will order again 4 5 1
Gran Toro When they are on sale , stick up..rest them for as long as you can ,you will be glad you did. I have a few docens sleeping for 2,3 years now..part of my rotation .. very well made ,naice looking wraps , excellent burn , no roller coaster of flavors , no stupid leather and spices from an island in the tierra del fuego , no gimmick ,just a solid good cigar. 4 5 1
Gran Toro If my two sticks are still on back order, why is it giving me the option to add it to my cart? 1 5 1
Gran Toro Why is this still listed as in stock but you guys have not fulfilled my two sticks that are on back order? 1 5 1
Gran Toro Why cancel my order? 1 5 1
Gran Toro I used to smoke Romeo’s but after this last box no more. The draw on them is so hard I can hardly get any smoke out of them. What a disappointment. 2 5 1
Gran Toro Poor draw. Hard to keep lit. 5 out of 20 worth the money. 2 5 1
Gran Toro Romeo they’re not 1 5 1
Gran Toro I suppose I was expecting much more from the notoriety that precedes Romeo y Julieta. Not sure what I wanted from them but besides a well rolled and drawing stick, the flavor of the blend came across as almost monotone but with enough effort and experience you can pick up notes of cocoa butter and hazelnuts behind a deluge of cedar & peppery spicy. Wrapper split before taking band off, despite being Colorado in color. I didn't hate it but I likely won't be clamoring for it unlike some of Steve Saka's blends! 4 5 1
Gran Toro Ordered a (5) pack. Everything arrived in time. Went to smoke the first one out of the pack the day it came, and the wrapper cracked all the way down the cigar… I thought it was a fluke, so I didn’t pay much attention. The next night, I smoked the second one of the pack, it was great. Tonight, I lit the third one, and the wrapper was loose and unraveling. Additionally, there were gaps or holes near the end so air escaped when I drew in… Kind of disappointed. The cigars have been kept in a humidor, so my guess is that these were poorly made. I would skip these and go for something higher quality. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Came dry smoked cigar it fell apart worst 5 pack I've bought from Jr's 1 5 1
Gran Toro Sometimes it is a very enjoyable cigar and other times the flavors are horrible. Sometimes the burn is perfect and other times it burns so uneven that you have to use your cutter and start over. Very inconsistent quality between sticks, in the same box. It used to be a dependable product that I bought as my daily smoke but the quality has forced me to search around and try other selections. I try to order them ahead of time so that I can let them sit for a few weeks. That seems to help a little bit. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Drag on some are difficult. On some the do not burn well 3 5 1
Gran Toro Great draw the flavor is fantastic would recommend two friends. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Really good stogie. Bold, but not too bold. Good draw, construction. Enjoyed every minute 4 5 1
Gran Toro Smooth mellow and consistant a great cigar for and everyday smoke. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I enjoy the 1875 cigar. It is in my flavor and strength profile. I have had a few with issues but that can be said about other cigars I have bought. Overall it is a good smoke. 4 5 1
Gran Toro These are keepers 4 5 1
Gran Toro The 1875 Toro has been a long time favorite of mine, however, over the past 12 months the quality of the cigar has significantly declined. I purchase 1-2 boxes of the Toro's monthly and each box of cigars seems to be getting worst. Poor construction (outer leaf cracking and peeling away), inconsistent draw and ash burn, harsh flavor (wife use to like smell of the Toro, now she complains) and ever increasing purchase price. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro A couple of the cigars in the 5-Pack were difficult to keep lit. Admittedly we were smoking them while playing golf so we weren't consistently smoking them. The others though were just perfect when we sat down post round for drinks. 4 5 1
Gran Toro Very pleased. Nice taste and draw. One of my favorites.. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I was smoking this outside in the pooring rain and i never had to relight it. True story. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Very good draw. I only buy 49 ring gage or larger Excellent flavor. I will buy again the future. 5 5 1
Gran Toro With this cigar my expectation of consistency is guaranteed. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Ok cigar 3 5 1
Gran Toro Just a good smoke!!!! 4 5 1
Gran Toro Very good on all sometime not good but pass 5 5 1
Gran Toro This was the cigar that started my smoking journey and still remains a favorite to this day. Romeo has earned their spot among the great names in the industry. 5 5 1
Gran Toro The draw on these cigars is not good at all. Very frustrating. I expect better quality out of a Romeo 2 5 1
Gran Toro This is an excellent smoke in the Bully size but not too bad in the toro size. So you see size does matter!!!! 4 5 1
Gran Toro Great flavor A very good cigar for the price 5 5 1

Gran Toro Best 5 5 1
Gran Toro Too many do not burn correctly 3 5 1
Gran Toro I got one of these in a sampler and it was nearly the perfect cigar. Only 2 butane touchups near the end, otherwise it burned perfectly. This is a quality cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Great cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro Been purchasing this cigar for years. Recent box has had more than 50% poorly packed cigars that literally press down to 1/3 of the diameter. Poor inconsistent draw with un-even burn. Disappointed with the quality. 2 5 1
Gran Toro My go to cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro It was a very smooth, mild, and mellow cigar. pleasantly surprised will be ordering more 5 5 1
Gran Toro A fine cigar and my go to cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Recently got a five pack samplet. Out of the five, I really enjoyed the 1875. Suits my taste. The others a little harsh for me. I will try the 1875 again for sure. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Good cigar. Fast burn on 2 of the sticks but consistent. 3 5 1
Gran Toro The draw is not as steady as I remember from prior. Seems I have to draw 2 or 3 times to get one good draw. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Consistent. Great every day 5 5 1
Gran Toro Some were okay but most had wrapper problems and others had draw issues. I could fix some of those with a paper clip, but a few I couldn't. I spent a lot for this box, I expected more. I won't buy Romeos again, but other brands I will. My last two boxes of El Reys and Macanudos were awesome. Disappointed with these though. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Excellant smoke great burn smooth consistent taste 5 5 1
Gran Toro Good smoke at a good price 4 5 1
Gran Toro great taste smooth burn excellent construction 4 5 1
Gran Toro Always a good drag, smooth to the very end. Light cigar with a great taste. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Good cigar 4 5 1
Gran Toro Accidentally clicked twice and ordered two boxes, the return process was quick and easy 5 5 1
Gran Toro Nice mild to medium smoke 5 5 1
Gran Toro I smoke these and also share, reminds me of the quality when I rotate back to them. 4 5 1
Gran Toro i enjoyed this smoke, picked up some 5 packs when they were on special... worth every penny 4 5 1
Gran Toro This is a great cigar always has a great drag nice hour and a half relaxing cigar 5 5 1
Gran Toro I ordered a book of Winston-Churchills 1875 and the cigars were moldy. You have no easy way to communicate to the company, so you just wasted $189 don't use them. 1 5 1
Gran Toro I bought some, liked them. Bought a box, but the second one out of the box was very hard to draw. Hope it was a fluke plugged cigar. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I wrote a review a few days ago and gave only one star for draw. I have since smoked several more and they draw better. I must have had a plugged one. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I bought a box. At least 75% of them burned very uneven. I could not correct. 2 5 1
Gran Toro I bought a box of these on sale but still spendy they were terrible I mabe got 3 cigars out of the entire box that weren’t to tightly rolled! When you have to keep lighting and puffing it truly takes away from the enjoyment of why I smoke cigars! Needless to say I would stay clear of these overpriced cigars!! 1 5 1
Gran Toro I was a fan 30 years ago but the last few boxes that I bought (not from JRs) were absolutely awful. 3 5 1
Gran Toro Earthy, slightly spicey, creamy smoke coats the palate and leaves a soft bite on the tongue. As it gets down. To the nub the umami expression grows and becomes magical. Even burn. Easy draw. Cap stayed intact almost entire smoke, broke as I burn knuckles not wanting to put it out. 5 5 1
Gran Toro I recently purchased a box of Gran Toros. Without a doubt the worst box of cigars if had. Out of twenty, maybe two smoked relatively normal. The rest were terrible. Some were rolled so tight I had to use a cigar coring tool to no avail. Some were rolled so loosely it was like smoking a straw. None burned evenly and had to be constantly relit. They were a complete waste. I actually threw 8 cigars away. 1 5 1
Gran Toro Delivery take’s forever and no shipping instructions 1 5 1
Gran Toro Some spice in the first third underlayed with medium-full earthy and leather flavor. Great burn and draw. Good consistent stick. 4 5 1
Gran Toro I received one of these as a gift. I hate ride to review after one cigar, but this one was delicious! Highly recommended. 5 5 1
Gran Toro Got this with a sample bunch. Enjoyable taste, decent smoke, well made construction. Needed a little adjusting but tolerable. I will be looking to see if they have this in my normal 6X60. Would order these, price looks good, great afternoon stick. 5 5 1
