Corona Gorda
great flavor but I've had several bad cigars (poor draw completely dried out wrapper flakes and falls apart etc.). This has happened with two different orders. So excellent flavor but expect some quality issues on some of the cigars. I will continue to buy La Gloria Cubana's because I love the flavor and the price.

I bought these from JR in a five pack and tried a single from my local B&M shop; skip. When they're good they're no better than Macanudo Cru Royale; when they're bad it's like sucking on charcoal. I had a few bad ones. I understand they get through from time to time but half the five pack and especially the single was awful.

La Gloria Cubana Corona Gorda is a very smooth stogie that is perfect for all cigar enthusiasts in my opinion anyway. The LGC brand has an excellent reputation and there is a reason for that. Smoke this cigar and you'll find out why.

My first ever cigar! Along with a mentor cigar insider guide to cigars cutter and a box of wooden matches. I lit what would become my all time fave. The sweet cream and soft leather notes along with an aroma that continues to be recognizable 20 years later is definitely her signature. LaGloria Cubana Corona Gorda will forever be my first true love.

A cigar aficionado introduced me to cigars in 1996. This was the cigar he gave me, along with instructions on how, when and where I should enjoy my first smoke.
I found that moment, place and warmed the foot of my beloved LaGloria Corona Gorda and fell in love. 23 years later we still get together. I remember that moment as if it were yesterday, the even burn, the mellowness of the sweet smoke, the sweet leathery notes and the rich smell of a great cigar. I was spellbound. 4 humidors later she still captivates me as well as her sisters.

Kind of a dry woody dirty flavor. Not necessarily bad. Smoke seemed a little week. Maybe it needs to rest in the humidor a little longer.

Pre lighting this cigar assures an even ash .the draw is good with creamy spicey flavors . A mild to medium flavor allows the corona satisfaction for about 45 minutes . Outside wrapper ensures smooth smoke all the way through

Type of cigar you can buy a box of to keep in the humidor and not regret that you did. Not a special occasion smoke but a great everyday smoke.

Tried these again after many years. My first La Gloria cigars were when they were made in Florida back in the mid 90s. They were wonderful smokes. I was expecting to be disappointed with this current batch. The burn isn't the best but I have been enjoying them. Think one of them is on my list for this morning.

Corona Gorda 6 × 52 LGCG_1
Corona Gorda by La Gloria Cubana is a Toro sized cigar with a very large following. Deep extravagant flavors of rich oak, earth, and espresso have made this a best-seller since Ernesto Carillo first opened shop in Miami many years ago. Packaged as a single cigar.
