We Care Collection 1JR screwed up yet again. They are supposed to provide the Montecristo White Toro in this offering. But they sent the smaller Rothschild size. They also downsized the Romeo Juliet to the bully size.
So they failed to deliver any part of their offering.251

We Care Collection 1Order we care collection two times in the past three weeks and was sent the wrong cigars, both times. I sent the first order back and won’t be refunded the tax of shipping cost. Now I have to return this second order and lose out on more money. I have been sent Montecristo Rothchild not the Toro. And the one package has 10 of the Romeo Y Julieta.151
