I used to like this little filtered cigars, now days are packed really tight, very hard to draw.Tried different tobacco shops in my area and the results were the same. I sent a comment about the qualiy of this little cigars with no respose so, it indicates to me: either you don't care enough to "respond" It comes accross as you just don't care about a "customers".A good reason to loose his/her loyalty.
