Connecticut Magnum If you were to hand me one of these with no band I would guess this was a $10+ cigar. Amazingly smooth flavor - light creamy leather with the slightest touch of white spices. Pairs stupid good with a glass of beaujolais. This is now in my top 5 faves and somehow cost me less than $2 a stick. 5 5 1
Connecticut Magnum These smokes never let me down. But the last bundle I just got are falling apart great disappointment . These are my golf smokes with them falling apart they burn my shirts when I'm riding in the golf cart. Not good! 4 5 1
Connecticut Magnum Poor construction tends to unravel after cutting and you must contend with the wrapper coming off and a month full of filler. Had bought this brand before but this batch was not what I remembered. Won't buy again. 2 5 1

Connecticut Magnum Casa de Garcia Connecticut is as good as it comes at this price level. I have been smoking it since the early days and it has improved greatly both in looks and flavor. It is now a well constructed cigar and most of its early flavor fluctuations have disappeared. It is very mild; to me is an everyday any moment cigar that behaves good with any kind of drink. You won't get fancy flavors out of it but a simple tasty smoke sometimes close to an ice cream sugar cone but only at the first half. Then it starts building to a not unpleasant sharp finish which varies sometimes from stick to stick. The Toro is my favorite since it provides plenty of smoke cool and lasts enough for a good conversation. It is woody sometimes (balsa?) and pleasant the ash is white-greyish on layers not specially firm and the construction has improved greatly. It has been a long time since I've had a run on one cigar. I very much enjoy it and the price is great. 4 5 1
Connecticut Magnum This is a good everyday cigar. The large ring size allows for a cool smoke. I do find two or three per bundle so tightly wrapped that they don't draw. 3 5 1

Connecticut Magnum Without a doubt the best value in the JR inventory. They cost about 1.60 a piece and you can usually get a coffee cup or a baseball cap thrown in with a bundle. The entire Casa de Garcia line is highly recommended but these 6x60 beauts are the best of the bunch. 4 5 1
