Robusto For a supposedly Connecticut cigar, this tasted quite earthy, like a typical Central American. In fact, it is a Honduran, with an Ecuador wrapper. So why is it called "Connecticut"? Who knows? Like all Camacho cigars I find they draw too easy, which detracts from the flavor. Other than the poor draw, they are very nice looking, and burn evenly. If you like a mild Honduran, this might be your baby. Just don't expect a typical Connecticut taste. 4 4 1

Camacho Connecticut

Robusto 5 × 50 CCTR

Camacho Connecticut Robusto cigars start off with Honduran and Dominican long filler tobacco, held together by a tasty Honduran Corojo binder. Then, to provide a smoke that’s softer and smoother than other Camacho blends, a supple, golden-brown Honduran-seed Connecticut wrapper is applied. The result is a mellow-to-medium bodied smoke that burns slowly while releasing creamy flavors of spice, cedar, nuts, and caramel sweetness with every fragrant draw. Order a box of 20 from JR Cigar, and allow this tamer addition to the Camacho family become your go-to morning companion.
