Belicoso Fino 2 I ordered a box of these about two weeks ago and never received them. Instead, JR sent a box of Bolivar Corona's instead. I've spoken to two different Customer Service reps and told them I wanted to return the Corona's in exchange for the Belicoso's. I even wrote it in the comments section of the return packing receipt. I've since returned the Corona's and haven't heard anything about sending my correct order. 1 5 1
Belicoso Fino 2 I've heard back from JR and I gotta tell you I am not pleased with the response. I bought a box of Bolivar Cofradia Belicoso Fino #2's for about $90 +/-. They sent the wrong item so I promptly returned it. No problem there. But, because they have a policy of issuing refunds instead of sending the correct order, I don't get what I ordered and miss out on an opportunity to purchase a product at a very good price ($90 vs. $140). I've had decent service in the past. I hope this is an exception and not the rule where JR makes a mistake on the order and relies on their policy to cover their mistake. 1 5 1
Belicoso Fino 2 This is my favorite cigar because it’s very similar to the Cuban version and other Cubans I’ve smoked. Is a full bodied smoke with rich flavor but not over powering. It’s the right size given the bold flavor and takes about 30mins to an hour to smoke. I often enjoy it was a glass of red wine or whiskey after a meal. 5 5 1
