Cognac X.O. 30% of the Last two batches ordered were loosely wrapped. Had to break several of the cigars in half to be able to smoke them. I did call & it was such a ridiculous process of about 1 1/2 hours. After being on the phone that long I was never sent the free shipping coupon. I’ll look for a better company to do business with. Very poor customer service 2 3 1
