Toro 16FEB2021 - I smoked this from a sampler collection that my son gave to me last night. I didn't see any indication on the wrapper of the national origin of this cigar, but appreciate the details found on jrcigars.com. This was my first Alec Bradley. It cut nicely, but then a few leaves peeled off during the smoke, no big deal. There didn't seem to be much chopped filler in this cigar, only one bit of tobacco came out. The wrapper was a darker shade, closer to, but not quite, a maduro. I thought the draw was about a medium, maybe a little harder at the beginning, but pretty firm down to the last. Good tobacco flavors but on two puffs, one early, and one late, I caught undesirable flavors. The first was a formaldehyde-like chemical note, briefly, the latter was more of a gunpowder-sulfur aroma just after a spark from the cherry. I would give this series a try going forward if I can get it at a better price. It was an overall good smoke, long ash, consistent, even burn, and good tobacco flavors. 4 5 1

Toro Great cigars !!! 5 5 1
Toro for my money the best ab cigar they make. 5 5 1
Toro Beautiful maduro wrapper. With a guillotine cut, it gave me an easy draw. At the retrohale during the dry draw, I got some nice chocolate and cedar notes to it. Medium to full bodied cigar with a mild cayenne peppery and leathery long finish. Solid white ash, even burn. I got a sweet cedar note developing out nicely going into the second third with a chocolaty undertone. I see it more like a medium-strength cigar rather than a full strength one. Such an enjoyable 'gar! I wouldn't pair it with alcohol however as I would be afraid to erase its delicious profile rather than enhance it. I wouldn't mind pairing it with a spicy vanilla tea or something in that realm instead. This cigar has a solid construction, and is consistent. This Black Market cigar is another perfect product from Alec! It is a really smooth, delicious, and enjoyable one straight from start that got me nubbing it until the very end. Well aged. I must try! Cheers! 5 5 1
