Virtual Gift Card
To purchase a virtual gift card, simply do the following:
- Enter the amount you wish to put on the card in whole numbers without the dollar sign.
- Click the Add to cart button.
- A notification email will be sent to the recipient with an activation link for the Virtual Gift Card and redemption instructions.
- You will receive a notification email when the gift card is received by the recipient.
- If you want to present it yourself, simply send the gift card to your personal email address, activate it, print it, and give it to the recipient. They can use it immediately.

You can purchase the Virtual Gift Card on our website and a link to the card will be sent to the recipient via email. The Virtual Gift Card can be redeemed on the JRCigars.com website, by calling 800-JR-CIGAR.
How do I purchase a Virtual Gift Card?
Click on the Virtual Gift Card link on our website, located on the menu to the left. Fill out the recipient's information, Gift Card amount and a gift message and click on the Buy button.
How will the recipient know I purchased them a Virtual Gift Card?
A notification email will be sent to the recipient with and activation link for the card and redemption instructions.
What if the recipient does not activate the Virtual Gift Card?
If the card is not activated within 15 days of purchase, a reminder email will be sent. If the card is not activated within 30 days of purchase, an email will be sent to you (the purchaser) with the activation link and gift card information. You can then activate the gift card yourself and forward it to the person intended.
